I really enjoyed Chelsea in this one, she was witty and delivered some decent jokes. Don't understand why some people are complaining.
Jimmy attempting to quench the food fight was as funny and as pointless and him trying to put the cats in the basket. He just gets this look of “ I’ve lost control”

To be fair, compared to American tv shows, British panel shows are insane. Having a 5 minute hiatus to play a water phone, Mel taking her shoes off, moon wank. None of these things happen on American shows

One of their experiments involved a room full of airborne sawdust particles and the spark of a handheld lighter to see whether the room would become engulfed in flames. It exploded. The "garage" they set up to test that myth fucking exploded. I miss that show. I miss popular science.
This show gives me so much comfort and joy and I'm so sad I haven't yet succeeded in getting my family on board. I literally rewatch episodes over and over just because it makes me feel so warm and happy!

I love how Mel gave every detail about that photo right except for the actual detail of the person in the photo, because they had their foot up on a shoe-shiner's stand, and not down on their knees scrubbing their own shoes like she said. Just gave me a giggle that she knew all the facts about it except for the one you can see by just looking at the photo 😂

@Steve Sebzda yes to be technical you are correct. What I meant by sad is the amount of times people will "scare" them just to see the effect. Like you say, it's instinct and not a choice. So things are done to frighten them into the act just like it would to most living animals to have loud noises thrust upon them for the reaction.
