- either be amazed about the mundane or believe the obviously made-up, either way providing a massive ego-boost to an uploader who really doesn't need any
- lie to themselves and everyone else about being so inspired that they'll stop procrastinating and magically achieve inner balance rivaling that of the Buddha
What people usually not do:
- use critical thinking
- make sense

I’m not commenting on commercial purposes here, rather to share my own experience. Next Level Diet is not only a diet planning tool, but also something that will make you look at your diet from a different perspective in the future. I love how straightforward this video. This is just his actual routine. What made me most happy was showing what he did the night before. I do the exact same thing with my Chemex Coffee as well! Loved this.
Routine in the a.m is so well planned and executed.
I work rotating shift work so being gone from home 14hrs a day/night makes this extremely challenging.
Nonetheless, this inspires me to find a career with a better schedule without sacrificing too much in salary.

Thank you for how you approach life Nick! I found myself hitting a mental wall in the middle of 2020 and didn’t know what to do. A friend if mine had mentioned this hybrid athlete on CZcams. I hated running with a passion and never thought you could combine it with weight training successfully. I also had so many excuses in my life about not being a morning person, not being able to stick with routines, etc. And then I decided to watch one of your videos. Your perspective changed my reality. The first video I watched of your you were up all night because your dog was puking and then you still got after it that day, doing more that morning then I felt I had accomplished all week. It took all of my excuses away! At the same time I read a book called “Atomic Habits” (highly recommend) and it complimented what I saw in your videos. 2021 has been one of the best years of my life! My career and business have taken off and our income has doubled. But more importantly how I view myself and my identity have changed for the better. All because I adopted some habits I saw from you Nick! Keep up the great videos! You are an inspiration! P.S. we live in Round Rock and I’m waiting for the day we run into each other on a run, hopefully I don’t startle you when I freak out haha!

I’m a retired Army Vet. Drill SGT Etc. Police officer now. Your super inspirational I needed this new rejuvenation into fitness.
After 9 years Active Duty Army I don’t miss waking up at 05 and really don’t miss having to do mandatory PT and runs. Can’t wait for next video 👍

I am a jogger and run for a lot of charities and it’s absolutely true about using the bathroom BEFORE a run. My surgeon once told me that we should always have the 3 s’s done everyday and we will be balanced. Sleep, sweat and s*** and we will be just fine. It’s now the one rule I live by.
I believe Sweat includes the Sex otherwise it wouldn't be that great pal! Good piece of advise tho.
Must not have kids and a wife. I remember those days when it was all about ME 😂
Ironically started today to focus more on my morning routine. This was some nice motivation to actually get up early 🤘🏼

I like the vid! One tip for more quality in your life 😁 Please grind the coffee the next morning. Within 15 minutes after grinding you will loose 60-90% of the aroma's. Another tip: White filter papers (Brown filter container 5 Times as much paper flavour, so when using, rinse 5 Times)

Thanks for sharing your journey, I’m currently getting ridiculed for training for a half Ironman because I’m still over weight. I’ve already lost 35 lbs and some people don’t see my process and journey. They’re oblivious of my accomplishment……just have to keep going!!!!

No kidding. My 4 year old son wakes me up @ 5:30 everyday. I barley have time to shower, get dressed, feed our pets, feed and dress my son, grab something to eat quick myself, take him to pre school and then get to work before 8.

Join the military and you understand. At ranger school you will get a whole lot done in short periods of time or pay. You learn to do more with less
