Join us over a couple of days where we met a wonderful family.
We had a totally random meeting and ended up having tea.
the following day, the family invited us for lunch.
We enjoyed learning about Indian culture and chatted laughedand enjoyed delicious homemade food.
The following day we all went for dinner and chai.
We cannot tell you the love we felt ad look forward to visiting our Indian family soon.

This is an example of a nice regular indian family......and there are millions of such loving amazing people......the love and comradrie is strong among people here and here human company is still more appreciated........celebrations, functions and festivals, and inviting family and friends (in the pretext of these functions and festivals) and feeding them and enjoying the food along with everyone are still one of the main traditions followed......the overwhelming feeling of togetherness is still nurtured with great intense.....and everyone is felt wanted and appreciated.....after love is all that keeps us together.....we indians want to be in company and appreciate togetherness in an exemplery manner.....

Western media will only show half baked truth about India. No country is perfect. After living in India I am clear as to how beautiful India is. People are welcoming as well. You will never get this kinda approach in Germany if you don't speak German.

Normal Home Lunch : Plain Roti / Rice + Dal + 1-2 Fried Vegetable Recipe ( Less Spicy ) + Salad / Curd Raita
Non Veg Once In While ( Some in Once or Twice a Week, Some once in 15-30 days
Normal south indian lunch is sambar/rasam/kuzhambu+sooka sabzi(poriyal) or geela sabzi(koottu)+curd or buttermilk with pickle.
Twice or thrice a week sambar/kuzhambu is replaced by non-veg meat and gravy.
Mostly fish fry and biryani on Sundays
