- This is all my opinion after researching this whole saga and reading many comments from unhappy Paranormies fans. They need to do the right thing and refund their fans.

This isn’t the first time that they’ve talked about not making enough money from CZcams. They are always bitching about money
They really don't see the issue? "Pay to subscribe so we can bring new content" is different than "Pay us to travel, stay in hotels, eat, booze it up, and fake content." Ok, the idiots who paid them believe in this nonsense, but still. No apologies, "can't refund," "huge huge huge announcement," and other BS. Of course they can refund through PayPal, they're just greedy and lazy. Above all, they know not much can be done. This is why I have argued for some time now about holding CZcams responsible for fakes, taking money and running, and false copyright strikes.

If you have someone pay for a service, and don’t perform that service, that’s fraud and the people that subbed should file a lawsuit against them.
It just occurred to me. All the Canadian paranormies fans could file a civil case of fraud, AND non repayment of funds when a written service is not issued. Websites who sell a service, which WAS separate from CZcams and not under the umbrella of membership...is service unrendered. Maybe there is a case. Just because they decide to take another deal, and continue to accept money, doesn't end said contractual obligations with Canadian payers. That VACATION may be proof of not idgaf BUT we do.
The fact people are still standing up for the paranormies guys is ridiculous by this point! It's been nearly 4 months since they promised a new video. 4.DAMN.MONTHS! No updates or anything.

By the time that came out, I had jumped ship, but watched for 10 minutes in anger. Mostly at myself for buying a high tier membership for almost a year before. Keep your money and/or time. Hopefully another Canadian paranormal team, that's honest, and not so full of themselves, will make their hobby available to us all. Cheers

We can't afford anything blah blah blah, as they sit at the beach sipping cocktails, disgusting. I'm so glad I was never a fan of their channel. I feel for their fans being scammed, but you've got to be careful who you believe and put your faith and money in. I agree they need to refund the money.

I remember watching them for a bit until they quit their jobs and decided to make the audience feel bad about camera payments and we probably have to quit..I couldn't take it after that ..
YES!! I just commented same thing! That was the last video I watched of theirs complaining of quitting their jobs to focus on their “paranormal” channel and how it didn’t work out as they planned (weren’t making enough monkey) and were legit making their viewers feel sorry for them...most CZcams content creators typically work a full time job while pursuing CZcams and once they are making enough money they will quit their full time jobs...i have never known a CZcamsr complain their channel isn’t making money and now they have no job, that’s poor planning on their part, just because you didn’t think this through doesn’t mean now your viewers are responsible for owing you a regular paycheque...these two make me sick to my stomach...something about them grinds my gears 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤬🤬🤬😩😩
I watched a couple of their videos a while back and they just came across as lazy, "poor me" whiners. It was clear early on that Jordan was trying so hard to gain sympathy in whatever way possible. I was actually surprised at the number of subs they had cause the content was so obviously fake too. Thank you for calling them out on their BS.

So here's the thing, there's 'on TV' & then 'ON TV'. If you'll notice most of the shows at the end credits say Blah Blah Production...something like that. Most new shows are 'pitched' with a preview & where it goes from there I'm unsure of. Guesses are the Network or Cable Company puts them in a wait and see, then when they are more affirmative they'll advance the production money...for a season. I don't think this always means they'll be ON TV, because there are tales of series that 'sat in the can' for years & a few were dusted off from the archives & then were ON TV. Now if you're doing a series for a known top hit producer like Mike Burnett (Survivor, The Apprentice, etc.) then you know you'll be ON TV! So I'm about 99% positive Paranormies aren't doing this for free, but the shot of looking like they're in the tropics? 1. Not a good look when you owe people 2. Could be false bravado of 'success' at the local Ice Cream Shoppe in Minnesota in the summer.
That's an immediately CC charge-back for fraud. So easy to prove that the company was fraudulent and that it didn't provide the service it said it would, the CC company will take the money back for you and just charge them a penalty. Edit: Paypal also had a fraud department, easy to get your money back for legitimate fraud, which this is.
Ohhhhhhhh, I have been waiting for someone to talk about these two. I mentioned them on Beardos channel a while back. I remember when their paywall site was announced and people were all pissed off. Their sentiment even back then was, "We don't understand why everyone is so mad. You should all be grateful we are even still making content."
They are pathetic! With that attitude, they won't be going that far.

Yeah, I figured this was where they were going when there was an obsession/possession narrative that was being pushed. Project Fear have a paywall to an extent. They want you to pay to see additional evidence, content, and extras on their website. But at least they still post regular videos and don't paywall entire episodes.
They're faking things though, sadly.

I was honestly wondering how they would respond if people actually did try to sue them. I have never watched The Paranormies before, so I don't even know how much people were paying for that website. I also don't know how small claims court works in Canada.

So. They came and did a show in my small stupid town, I think at the beginning of last year. It's Helper. Anywhoo..They happened to "investigate" all the newly renovated air b&bs that happened to be owned by the same guy. The guy who also had them advertising his website throughout the show, and had also got Ghost Adventures to come. Im not saying any of these places aren't haunted, but the had been no real evidence they are either. They don't even step foot in what us locals know to be the haunted places in town. If you have to say "It's not a scam!", then it's a scam. Lol
I've always wondered about people who have multiple rental homes, and Jasko, etc renting from the same location owner.

If you watch the Ghost Adventures episode "Carbon County Chaos" You will see them "investigating " most of all the properties with the guy who owns these Air b&Bs in town. "investigating" pfftt... Sorry. Makes me giggle. 🤣 The guys name is Gary Devincent. He isn't even from here. He from California somewhere. The buildings we locals know to be really haunted in our town are not even talked about in either show. The Paranormies took it a step further, and stayed in one of his buildings this Gary guy renovated in their haunted Helper episode. Funny thing is, this guy does actually own a really really haunted old building. Literally the only thing of it remaining are the rock walls. He hasn't taken one of them there, and hasn't said a peep about it. So I don't think he even knows the town knows it to be a haunted spot. I am hoping the twins show up this summer. I will make it a personal mission to absolutely ruin it for them and good ole Gary and his wife. 😁 heh heh heh

I'm so glad you covered these p.o.s. Paranormies. If they were a tiny bit decent they'd take down the website and contact PayPal to close the account that they are using. Simple. I got scammed too, however, I decided to use a guest account and only signed up for 1 month. I was skeptical because they were charging 9.99 CANADIAN for this website that was delayed delayed delayed. And it was 7.99 U.S. The highest membership tier for their CZcams was 14.99 CAN. so I was not impressed. I had already cancelled my membership after no videos and the past Christmas Jordan had the audacity to ask for personalized PayPal donations claiming his truck was broken into and his kids now had no Christmas presents. Wtf. Try your insurance dude. I was so disgusted. Then we see nothing from the new website, which I didn't get roped into, but alot did. No new videos...but they do a LIVE where they're telling us they are destressing with 10 people are at a resort?!?! And they have an announcement. Idgaf. But you have no gifts, money, but VACATION funds...no problem. AND they did the 30 days of re uploads AGAIN this December with promised new episodes. But they were just old episodes with new titles. Also, their equipment I think was donated by their sponsor Don Photography in Winnipeg. And the description has said for almost 5 years they will give away their old equipment, but they never do. Go to the PayPal site to unsubscribe or just call your credit card to get your money back there. You'll have to get a new card, but at least they will report the vendor as a scam, AND you'll get your money back. Cheers✌❤🇨🇦
Mindseed did the same thing a few years ago in October, they presented the videos with different titles but they were the same videos uploaded in the past

I agree with you. It is us, the viewers that get creators where they are. So many seem to forget this! Do the right thing, treat them with the respect they treat you by subbing, liking, alarming and those that can Patrion payments by just giving them what they were promised.
I like how you are giving them a plan in case they didn't have one in doing the right thing and telling their patrions, we spent that money but just as soon as revenue starts coming in from our TV show, we do plan on paying each of you back. We just need a little time to get the capital together and we're sorry it did not work out as planned.
This is what happens when you expect a lot for very little, I don't do patreon, I happily donate, I've done a buy me a coffee for some lovely random older storyteller, but... My spare money goes to red cross and the cerebral palsy foundation , full stop. That's the definition of a scam. They lured people in, promised them something and didn't give it to them. They then change the entire narrative, ie. rewrite history to make it seem like it was just a donation site. Pathetic and gross. I won't watch this new show nor anything by the producer or publisher.

Yeah it is sad and disgusting that Paranormies have yet to issue a proper apology to their fans, let alone pay anyone back from the money they got from the TV show. I hope their TV show bombs hard. Supporting somebody always is a big sign of trust of respect. I for myself am supporting two amazing young independent music bands from the USA because I appreciate them as persons, believe in them, their art and the way how they are doing their business deliberately without big labels and selling their souls to anybody to make big money. But if I, at any moment, would have the impression that one of them is just taking my money, call it a day, and I see nothing of the art I was willing to support, and if the response to me asking them what's going on would either be radio silence or something like "stop complaining, we will eventually deliver something, not sure when, and we won't tell you why", I would feel that I no longer belong to this community. I would stop supporting them because I could not really trust and respect them any more.
So you are right. Paranormies sold a product which they never delivered. This is called a scam. If they want to be taken seriously, the only thing to do is make a public apology and offer a refund to everybody who payed them. Some fans will surely be gone for good, but some may even accept their apology and stay.

I was watching a lot of their content and honestly it's pretty good. There's a lot of stuff in their videos that made me pretty shocked because some of it I genuinely have no idea how to even begin debunking it. Obviously some things were easy to debunk but a lot of it is genuinely pretty shocking (like the one dude's hat being pulled off his head in a way that looks like a hand wiped it off his head instead of a focal pull point of strings in one of their haunted church episodes). But I was starting to notice pretty quickly that they have a LOT of reuploads which made me stop watching. I was actually wondering what was going on with that so I'm glad you're shedding some light on it.
They should be able to do a paypal dispute and get thier money back.

Iam so glad i stayed clear of these liars, cheats and thieves.Even when they did put something out, it was fake. You know these magians will NOT be giving a single penny back,you won't get a single apology either.
As soon as I watched their vid about the paywall and how they were using a proper film crew, after grovelling and begging subs for money, I was out! I knew they couldn't be trusted after that as I already had an inkling about the legitimacy of their videos. The audacity of them saying about winning $1000 of their hard earned cash after pissing on everyone else's hard earned cash really gets my goat. I'm not sure how much the paywall thing was, but if I was the person who won this so called $1000, I'd want to split it between as many of those payees as possible. I would feel guilty as hell taking that money knowing it was ALL from the Pay wall subs. LAZY, DISGUSTING EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS.
I’ll bet no one ever “won” any money either. That was a scam too, just trying to get people to spend, spend, & spend. So shameful, but I truly believe karma will see to it that they get exactly what they deserve & more.
It's all about the money to them, while thinking "I’m important and the rules just don’t apply to me." Then they sing a different tune once the authorities come knockin'. Usually being "it wasn't us," or "it wasn't our fault." What they do fail to notice is the people who not only shut them down, but who also retrieve the money stolen and wires it back into the victims accounts. See this happen often on youtube by scam baiters.
I have just three words for any of their fans who payed for their site based upon the promises that they made IN WRITING and failed to deliver on: Class Action Lawsuit.
They advertised weekly uploads and did not deliver, this is both false advertizement and fraud. It may take time but you'll be able to get your money back.
Kinda reminds me of Mindseed TV. I signed up to one of their top tiers on patreon cause they promised monthly giveaways, regular unseen content etc etc and after months there was nothing, it was dead and everyone was complaining so I ended up cancelling my subscription. Not the first time I've subscribed to patreon and wasn't given what was promised so I don't even bother anymore, I'll stick to the free content thanks lol.
