I know you do this for a living or hobby but I was just wondering because I liked (even subscribed) to some of the paranormal shows until I watched you prove that they were faking it. He says 1 thing 1 time, then later says something different. & boy he had such a hard time trying to remember what he said to the cop. In a circumstance like that(a big event), if he told the truth, it would be really easy to remember what he said ..... say the truth, what's so hard to remember about that?

Another point about the officers statement - if they lie in an affidavit / statement, that’s a federal crime in the states and in the UK its Perverting the Course of Justice. Why would they potentially land themselves in prison to lie about a homeless man being paid to play a ghost?? If the Fam lies, he faces no sanctions whatsoever…

my neighbor fell for their bs hard. Was a big fan of james and his gf. helped the two of them out in the sum of thousands of dollars over time. some promises were made. He was so excited to meet and spend time with them. He even went out and got a camera, bag, and gear so he could film with them. but it never came to be. then rescheduled and failed to come to pass again. Then he was pretty much ghosted by both. really messed up a very caring and helpful old man.

Howdy Side Eye Guy, I would like to just point out that YOU are still able to request the BODY CAM footage of the officers that responded to the Tress-pass call the night of Fam's arrest. It is also public information. Another note I'd like to share...At 14:44 in your video SEG, we see Fam explaining that he was with a computer parts store. I bring this up because, anyone that has a mechanic for a buddy knows that a mechanic will tell you EXACTLY the part(s) you need to solve your issues... It's the same with my computer nut buds... They also go on at length about their Two-45 Graphics XP launch control light bending alternate reality graphics card... (You can tell I know zero about computers, right)...Fam here...has no idea..what the part he's currently talking about is even called... ZERO IDEA? But, he describe it vague enough so that folks that know zero about computers will just go...ohh okay... But for a person SELLING and/or FIXING computer parts/computers to FORGET what RAM is called...is just sus to me. He even just keeps babbling to add layers to this "computer part" he was selling to convenience himself of the lie. If you were KNOWLEDGEABLE on your computer stuff...you'd KNOW just to say RAM or Bx34-type C plastic harmony RAM... I wonder who called the cops in the first place? That'd be interesting to find out. I believe this was quite a while ago & I don't know if they had body cam's then. But wouldn't hurt to check & see. Wow, you have some really good points there! Yep, James is really lazy. He couldn't contact the property owner to see if he could have access in & figured permission from a homeless guy was good enough, cuz he's that lazy. His channel is nothing but lies. Long commenter here, too! I forced myself to go find that live stream “The Scam” did, and I contacted the guy Jim and told him to get in contact with SEG and tell him what happened. And I’m SO HAPPY he did! I read the comments from several people who were asking for money back. 😢 I COULDNT BELIEVE when the “Scam” started threatening how “he knows people at CZcams” and all about “how he’s made channels disappear before and he’ll do it again” I laughed my ass off! But the membership thing really makes me angry, people with disabilities identify with him and he uses that to take their money!? Are you serious?!! 🤬🤯 What an embarrassment AND a dickhead.
I believe he is a liar and a scammer. That being said, RAM is memory. I have degrees in both Networking and IT Cybersecurity, and if I were going to explain something to my audience that I assume 70% knew nothing about computers, I would likely refer to RAM as memory myself, because that is what it does. The ability to dumb down your knowledge actually shows that you do know what you're talking about. Just as if I were speaking about, for example, an NVIDIA card and I referred to it as graphics instead. Or as an RN of 20 yrs, when I use layman's terms instead of medical terminology. I don't think that's a point against him. He still very well may have scammed the guy, though. The likelihood that all of the parts not working after testing them is slim to none. If he were truly harassed by someone for ten years, if he knew it were the same person using different accounts, it could be proved as coming from the same IP. He, as a computer person would know that. He could open a case. This is the same guy talking about closing down people's CZcams channels. I don't see him letting that go on that long.

Omg they have amazing food. Sunday family dinner style. We haven't been there in a bit, but we used to go for birthdays. It's about a 30ish minute drive away from me.
I've been all over that place and have never seen a ghost, though. And I've been in the tunnels under the home and in the actual brewery (which is just a haunted attraction during Halloween where people dress up and try to jumpscare you. )
I also know a guy who does overnight stays for ghost hunting around Halloween in the house. Guy's name is Lenn Adams. Haven't seen him in some years, though. He also does haunted tours in Alton.
I, personally, don't think it's haunted. With as many people who work and eat there everyday...I think they just made up lore because the family had a lot of unaliving themselves.
That's just my opinion, though.

James definitely has that emotionally stunted mindset and I myself am a recovering alcoholic. I'm not saying he is one but anybody can be emotionally stunted and not have a substance abuse problem.
You can tell when he's talking, if you close your eyes and listen to him he sounds like a little kid talking in circles with no conclusion. At times his cadence literally makes him sound like Omar including the "I'm going to come after you" mentality.

You know you could do a F.O.I.A. request for the police body/dash-cam footage. Would be funny but not very necessary, I'm quite convinced that 3 cops are not lying just to have to file reports for criminal trespass. And Alfred just happened to know that he was making a ghost video I mean if he already left how could he guess that detail.
Wow! I wish I made $46,000 ... I work 40 hr/wk at a physically rough retail job (I run circles around the 'kids' half my age), with some acute medical problems .... and barely brought in $30K. So, yeah .... if making $46K for hardly any real work is sh**ty ... I'll take it! Yeesh! He's such a drama queen.
