Yay! Another great video!
🙌
i love your videos! greetings all the way from the UK!
Aloha!! Thank you for watching.
The main difference between Wailua and the rest of NorthShore is the on shore winds. It changes the look and feel of things. It also affects surfing conditions. Bear in mind that the Wailua coast is rather “sharky” compared to the rest of Oahu
It's Waialua 😂
Wailua is on Kaua'i. Waialua is on O'ahu
Amazing production work Maila, also I always love your outfits too! Happy holidays!

Aloha ! Question…how much should a buyer (not a 1st time home buyer) have to put down? Before we consider buying I’d like to make sure we have enough to put down to even consider it.
Hi!! So sorry for the late response. That holiday spirit, yo! If you are able to put 20% down, you’ll avoid private mortgage insurance which ranges from 0.22% to 2.25%. The rate varies based on credit worthiness, the type of loan you get, etc. Currently, it’s not uncommon to ask the sellers for a closing cost credit to buy down the interest rate and maybe even help offset the added cost of of a lower down payment. If you’re using a VA loan, you don’t have to put anything down and there’s not mortgage insurance. USDA loans are also zero down. Let us know if you’d like to cover more over the phone or email.
Hello very nice video. I looked in google on Waiaula and there is very brown water like from river in sea. Its often like this? Or its after rain? Its tru the google satelite shots looking few years old. Thank you for answare.
Greetings from Czech republic.
Mostly, after steady, heavy rains
First time heard it being referred to as "The Cement City!"-lol/smh. Living in Haleiwa/Waialua is Not Inconvenient! Just gotta know When/Where places are located & operating hours. If'n your used to places opened until >9-10p... SORRY!
Thank you for sharing your insight!
