I was owning a Fitbit ionic in 2021 and then I recieved an reminder from Fitbit to get a complete refund from Fitbit which was amazing that the compony is so responsible for their product tho I did not even face any issue with it and also I would like to address that this model of Fitbit was released in 2019 I guess so it was not the lates technology.
