Ok guys we all know what happened at 6:12 , but why would David Robinson do that?
The boring answer: Tunnel vision. Big moment, bright lights, dark lights, following instructions from producer, smiling for camera then remembering to high five folks shortly after reaching the line.
The adventurous answer: Nicest man in the league David Robinson wanted to stick it to Phil Jackson for Phil's comments on the Spurs' lockout championship needing an asterisk on account of the shortened season.
I'd stick with the former.
