Also they seem to have forgotten the very few rules they had, as throughout the film the vampires are just CHILLING in the FULL SUN.

Kinda like how I wish we could have gotten to know more about Gru as a character in Despicable Me. They just made him have a love interest in the sequel and I saw it coming. I love that movie, but I'm way more interested in learning about Gru. On that note, FUCK the minions! The movies should be about Gru, not the twinkies.

6- I thought the vacation was just for Dracula, but instead EVERYONE from the hotel went too.

It is similar story with what rigby, if you watch regular show. rigby said that he thought if he ate eggs quickly enough, his body wouldn't be able to tell that he ate eggs. Rigby is allergic to eggs, and the problem with rigby's thought process is that even if he managed to get all of his omelet down in the episode eggselent ( I'm pretty sure I spelt that right. No, I'm not kidding with the episode name, look it up), his body would essentially go into shock from the eggs in his stomach.

Okay so there's a picture taken of Drac underwater there with the submarine and he's actually visual in the photo, although in all the movies leading up to it, vampires have not been able to be seen in any reflective devices.

vampires are also supposed to be sterile so there's that
lofi lofi, pictures used lead in the old days. With the picture being taken on a phone, it doesn’t have the lead, and thus they can appeared.
Same with mirrors, since hardly any mirrors are backed with silver (a "holy metal") these days, though the ones in the hotel/castle probably were just because of how old they are

@Zachary Hampton It is currently protected, though that doesn't stop CZcams's system from being extremely flawed. That said, if Article 13 passes, then CZcams will very likely obey it's rules worldwide as opposed to only in the EU and the UK as it would be much easier on their end. Hence why even the CEO of CZcams was against Article 13 in the first place.
Put simply, one of two things will happen if Article 13 passes with it's current wording:
1) CZcams treats the EU and the UK like a bubble. Basically meaning that anyone who isn't a major corporation guaranteed to own the rights to their videos will not be allowed to have videos in the EU and the UK. Basically, anyone who isn't a major corporation wont have their videos seen by anyone in the EU or the UK.
2)CZcams adopts the new policies world wide and only major corporations will be able to upload anything ever.

@@shazybean131 While that is true, you'd still think there'd be a panic though, wouldn't there? It just seems to be not well thought out in that regards. While the movies has brilliant animation and graphics, it's writing seems to slip up a lot.

@@jeremybrummel3254 The thing is though, and I'm pretty certain this is what's annoying me the most. You know how this is a kid's movie? You know how some kids actually have severe allergies? Imagine a kid watching this, sees vampires eat something they say they're allergic to and only farting, then think "Oh, then I guess it won't hurt me." And do the same thing.
And I know, they're vampires but have a look at them in this movie, they have snorkel gear, they behave just like people that you can easily forget this and unfortunately, kids can do stupid things sometimes, even knowing there's a risk.
An example, is a kid was riding in a car, playing with a $2 coin, flicking it against their teeth. The car hit a bump and they swallowed the coin, which flipped sideways and blocked their air passage and began choking. Fortunately the child survived after being taken to a hospital but the point is still there that kids don't think things through, they can and will do stupid things and get hurt.
Now imagine a kid with a peanut allergy(or something similar) sees this and they're young enough to not know how bad their allergy actually is. They go to a friend's place or somewhere where no one knows about their allergy. They're hungry and ask for a sandwich, the friend's parent asks if they're okay with peanutbutter and the kid thinks:
"Well Dracula and Marvis were allergic to Garlic and it made them fart so maybe I will just fart too." So they say yes, eat the sandwich and it all goes downhill from there.
That's the worse case scenario in a kid's movie, showing that even though someone knows they're allergic, they eat it anyway.
In the less severe case, it's just bad writing, poor inconsistency more than anything which is so disappointing since this movie has potential (that plus the graphics and animation are absolutely brilliant)

One thing I DO have to praise about these movies is the animation. I love the cartoony, stretchy movements and everything. Reminds me of the good old days of cartoons. We don’t get much animation like it anymore.

I hate the fact that the whole story in the hotel Transylvania 1 was scratched. The main plot there was that Mavis and Johnny should be together because they zinged. And you only zing ONCE in yo life. It would be better if in Hotel Transylvania 3 Drac just fell in love and not zinged so that the whole idea of "zing" is something to really fight for otherwise Drac should have just killed Johnny and made Mavis forget about him coz apparently one can zing again. Just my opinion tho.
You’re right, in the first movie they made it feel like zinging was a soulmate once in a lifetime thing, so in 3 it doesn’t feel as special as it did in the first movie because it’s SUPPOSE TO BE RARE!
It would've been better if they fell in love through chemistry without the zing bull crap. It would've made it even more special in my opinion.
Something they should have done if they had really wanted to make the "zing for a second time" BS work, they should have done something where it isn't ONLY a love at first sight deal, they could have had a slow burn kinda romance where they started to learn about each other and THEN do the fancy lights in the eye zing effect

If you Actually read about folklore the vamps didn't show up in certain mirrors and photos due to what they were made of like silver and lead. So that wasn't made from silver or lead or whatever.

They made Mavis not show up in her wedding pictures but Drac shows up in these pictures

Older cameras, like the ones used at Mavis' wedding, contain silver which negates vampires. New camera's i.e. phones or the snap shot camera in the film do not have silver to help refract light to capture images. Hope that helps!
