If you're thinking about getting a pro camera as a complete beginner I want to give you some basic tips to think about before you make a purchase so get what is best your use case.
So I'm going to be dropping a video early next week regarding my latest purchase. However I do also use a Canon EOS R mirrorless camera with a Sigma 35mm ART lens to record my content. The reason for this combination is that I wanted something for a combination of videography and photography. Canon are great for video in that a lot of their cameras have a flip out display which is needed for recording myself plus great auto focusing. It's also very capable in terms of pro photography whether in a studio or outdoor spaces. The lens is great as 35mm is the closest to how we naturally see as humans but it also has a 1.4 aperture which means it lets lots of light in for low light situations and delivers really images. I'm also in the process of recording a couple of videos to show different options people can consider to suit a variety of budgets.
