Can a regular color guard be used along side these premium guards in a cut? or they aint going to blend the cut unless you were to use all colored or all premium guards together? For example, #1 color guard blend into premium guard 1.5?

Do not dock clipper with power switched on! Sometimes a clippers will die in hand… our first instinct is to plug it in. Turn it off first! I had same issue and thought I might need a new pair. After troubleshooting I quickly realized the problem.

Hi Richard, how do you find the Babyliss premiums compared to the Wahl premiums? I know some CZcamsrs prefer the Babyliss, but majority of barbers and CZcams tutorials favour the Wahl system. Are they pretty much interchangable, or you prefer one over the other? Thanks

It's called a cam follower. Keep lithium grease on it and it won't ever get loud. Oh yeah great clipper I have 3 of them lol

The best brush to use is a nail brush - very cheap and believe it or not, it's the easiest to clean. Just make sure to stay away from the firm bristle versions and you should be fine.

In my experience I've been using andis masters and wahl clippers for over 12 years and after so many uses i've learned not to get to technical when it comes to the number on the guards, for instance the half guard for wahls (grey guard) is labeled as 1/16 while the purple andis 0 guard (the OG one) is also labeled as 1/16 but using each of them respectively in closed position they cut a different length. I feel like different clipper companies label their sizing differently which can be confusing if you are using different clipper brands together. For those of you that may be starting out i would say its easier for you to use a guard system (any clipper brand) and stick to it, you'll understand how each guard blend into each other and when you gain experience you'll learn how to comfortably flick your wrist while blending fades and be able to skip guards etc.
