Bro, between corded Legend and cordless magic clip, which will be better for self hair cut at home. I don’t care for the cordless feature. I want the one that’ll work for years and run silent and cooler

I’d be inclined to say the cordless magic clip as you can use them both corded and cordless. The staggertooth blade is great for close cutting and fading. The battery last ages (I’ve not changed my battery after 5 years) and if you do need to replace the battery is only a £25 replacement part.

@@razrsharpuk7487 thx a lot bro. I’m from India and getting spare parts here is very difficult. Also Legend is for £60 and magic clip for £90

Power question! I have a Cordless Legend, using only removing my hair, and for my beard, but it's lacks power. So I'm going to sell it, and need a more powerful clipper for myself. What's your opinion the Gamme Boosted+ or the Senior has more power (i know Gamma has more RPM). I need a fast bulking machine :-) ohh and sometimes my skin snagged in the tooth of the Leged blade (only snagged :-)). On gamme the blades is thinner than the senior. Is that means that the Senior is safer for me? So i need more power with safety. cheers!

Great question man! So I would personally go for the Senior based on your scenario. My reasons would be there more powerful than the Legends and have always served me well for removing bulk. Also how comfortable I find the blade as I use a senior to do my own hair have never had any snagging issue doing my skin fade. Finally for me the reliability of Wahl clippers. I'm not saying that Gamma are not reliable as I haven't owned one yet myself but the Boosted + in a new clipper so the reliability factor can't be determined yet. I hope whatever you go for works out well for you.

just my 2 cents worth, or maybe 1.5 cents worth because i dont have a big history with their clippers, but their trimmers, oh boy do i have an opinion on their trimmers! ...lets start with the 2 worst offenders, the hitter & the evo... the hitter has proven to be THE LOUDEST trimmer i have ever used in my 30 years behind the chair! ...customers complained & they became completely un-usable, aside from the fact that they felt flimsy & weak... now the evos on the other hand, with their magnetic motor, have always been whisper quiet & felt plenty powerful enough to get the job done... BUT... & hes where the rubber meets the road, its well know they have struggled to put out a decent "trimmer" blade, & i have tried ALL of them (with the exception of the newest one on the saber trimmer which at this point hasnt been mass-released yet) on several of their trimmers, like the hitter & the evo that im focusing on here, & i have been horribly disappointed, throwing good money after bad, tryin to make these machines work! i threw everything available at them, gamma/sc blade swaps, 3versince blades, elite clipper mods adapter kits with different brands/blades... the only thing that has kept me from throwing them in the garbage was the fact that i had spent a bunch of money on em at this point by tryin to make them actually "do work" ...i ended up giving the hitter away, & put a andis blade on the evos & took em home to trim my own facial hair with... its a shame they cant seem to make a good trimmer blade as of yet, & because of all the headaches theyve caused me, i just cant bring myself to spend any more money with the company, unlike wahl, where the level of inovation is nowhere near gamma/sc, but the are ALWAYS dead on Reliable, All Day, Every Day, Without Fail! ...in full disclosure on the gamma/sc thang, theres one exception, i did buy an uno single foil shaver & its awesome! i honestly love it! ...but they are the only ones offering a small single foil shaver with a lithium battery, so in all fairness, theres not much choice... & i haveta agree with several points in ur video, one being that i to believe that healthy competition is very beneficial to us, the end user, so i do hope gamma/sc continues to improve & give the big veteran companies a run for their money, because that helps to inspire future innovations, & thats good for all of us in our industry on every level! ...ok, ive went long here so ill jam, but i did wanna say that i always enjoy ur videos, so thank u sir

If Babyliss made their trimmers less noisy it would be game over. Still using my gold FX almost 2 years now and still hitting like crazy. I'm surprised to hear gamma trimmer being very loud.
