Bruno had to come with me as Anne was in the UK and I wasn't leaving him with someone else after what happened with Bruce. Ferry company rules meant Bruno had to stay in the truck but he had everything he needed. Hope you enjoy! ❤AB

One of the best things I love about AB Camping with Tony and Bruno is you get everything, the good, the bad, the normal and its not just scenery, its every day life on the road, camping. I love it. I love when Tony says ‘Thanks for coming along’ because I really feel that I have joined you on that camp not just some selected pretty scenery bits. It is REAL. Thanks for another fantastic video Tony and Bruno! I really enjoyed watching this road trip and seeing what went into building your custom 4x4 and love that Bruno went along with you. He is so lovable! I'm from NZ and it's fun seeing familiar places such as Taupo and the desert road and Wellington on your journey as well as seeing on-board the ferry. Thanks for sharing the experience with us.
The Napier earthquake was 3 Feb 1931. My mother went through it at 12 years old. The strait crossing can be horrendous or flat as a pancake, as Forest would say it’s like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re going to get. Sealegs are my life saver 😂 Loved the trip with you and Bruno through areas I know so well. Fun fact the Desert Road and surrounding ranges are home to our only wild horse herds, the Kaimanawa horses. And don’t worry about calling Bruno Bruce, it took me 6 years to stop doing that after my old dog died and you know what? My new dog never once complained when I got his name wrong. 🙂 I think he knew both names meant him in the long run. Thanks for the video.
Don't worry about saying Brucie because remember he is with you in spirit now. It's his way of just letting you know he's there. ❤❤❤❤😇

Wow! What a clean, organized shop. You’re always talking about quality control and such they look super professional. Whole assembly line down to an art and in one day! All handmade (aside from cutting) and assembly. Can’t beat that! Interested to see how it works. Still miss the roof tent (even though ya did t use it much).

Hi Tony and Bruno, it’s 6:40pm here in Victoria BC Canada, wow what a fantastic video Tony, the ferry views almost mirror the ones here when taking BC ferry over to the mainland. The landscape totally reminds me of Vancouver island for sure. The truck is awesome, you must be so excited now to use it camping. I’m so sad to see all the damage up in the North so sorry. Wow thank you for sharing the damage. It was just heartbreaking to see but so important to see to remember and help any way we can. Even if it’s thoughts and prayers. As heart breaking as it was, I know people are unbelievably resilient and will get through what comes there way. I have to remind my self often sometimes.
On a good note, Tony your new toy/addition is a beauty. I can’t think of anyone who deserves it more then you, Bruno, and family. You work so hard for us and you are appreciated more then you know. Thank you for sharing our sweet friend Bruno along your adventure. He is just a love.

Can't wait for you and Bruno to go on your first camp with the new canopy! I'm excited for you. It's a blessing to be able to still enjoy camping when you may need to not do something as physical as a wild camp when your back may be acting up. And it makes for awesome spur of the moment trips, especially with Ann, because most everything is already there :)

Aww, Bruno! He was nervous about the complete camper renovation. He wasn't sure if it was good or bad to have the whole back removed and then replaced, but thankfully all's well with him and Tony and on to some fun driving, camping, cooking n sightseeing in the future with the handsome duo.
