I appreciate the callers extending condolences to the family and friends of the victim. This has to be the worst of nightmares and will haunt them forever.
No matter if you agree or not with someone's gender identity, a life lost, is one that cannot be replaced and it leaves a broken family left to deal with that loss, for forever. Hopefully, the many young black transwomen who are unalived, receive as much attention ❤🙏🏾
A very eye opening commentary about Pauline. Her father still referring to her as him when she was unalived as a she. We parents have a lot to learn, thanks for enlightening us who listen to your channel. I for one pass all info to the kids I have love for and try to be aware of signs when I see signs of differences. Thanks

My oldest child told me & I said “OK 😏…”. My baby cried because the other side of the family is against it THey so religious but yet do evil things!😳 my oldest cried because the way I respond. To me I don’t care it’s their Journey. Voting IS EVERYTHING!!! Voting doesn’t work when people become complacent and don’t vote in the general elections. People have to understand that the only way your elected official can keep their promises is if we vote for the legislatures/Congress who support the person we choose to lead. If we are only concerned with voting for the president but don’t vote for the people who are running for the House and Senate seats who will support the president’s agenda then we can’t get mad that he didn’t keep his/her promise. We need to be mad and disappointed in ourselves that we dropped the ball. The same goes for our local elections. We can vote for the governor but if we disregard the legislature who will carry through the governor’s agenda, we will be the ones to blame when we don’t get what we want.

This statement doesn’t include people who vote for people who never make it it in for one. 2 voting should never single-handedly be seen as solution and because of this kinda thinking that so many people think that the government is to solve every issue when they can not. People should NEVER STOP being involved in their own communities and directly contributing to the quality of life for those communities. People have voted since the done of time in this country and still wrestling with issues in every area of living. Yall voting extremist never balance the dialogue with community and personal effort and yall never address how government constantly fails communities esp minorities one but will prop voting up as a be all.
