You are right Ahmed. All those states who have not taken positive measures to stop the genocide ARE complicit. This includes my own mealy-mouthed cowardly New Zealand government , I am ashamed to say. All those who felt proud of their nations successes at the Olympic Games shpuld feel deep shame at their governments complicity. There are a few noble exceptions.
