  • Fishing New Zealand's Wild West Coast at Kariotahi Beach, South Auckland using the Autopilot Powertiki. The Powertiki is the sleekest electric fishing Kontiki on the market, watch it go though this West Coast surf with ease. The Powertiki is also the cheapest Kontiki on the market, see them online www.fishingtacklesale.co.nz/c...
    This day we decided to use fresh mullet bait on the first set, which produced some great snapper and kahawai. The second set we used half mullet, and half fresh kahawai that we had caught on the first set.

      Tasmania is still ok as far as I know, rest of Australia you're better off with a drone with the limits on hooks. Thanks

    How many hooks you think the winch can handle?

    • @paulsfishingsystems
      @paulsfishingsystems  Před 2 lety +1

      It handles 25 easily pulling in the kontiki, but it depends on what you're targeting, depth, what you have on the end etc., get in touch with us by email to discuss if you have a commercial operation as we have other options.

    Cheating!

    • @paulsfishingsystems
      @paulsfishingsystems  Před 2 lety +1

      Using technology to catch fish is cheating? Do you catch yours by hand? Or do you have a cut off on what technology is ok to use? Some people catch fish for food, not sport. This is a means of providing food for the family. I hope you have never bought fish, because that would be cheating more so than this using your ‘logic’.
