    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    Hi! This is probably the 4th video workout from you that I've followed. I must say, your workouts are unsuspectingly...tough (tough like strong.. Not tough as in just difficult). I usually start by thinking "oh this isn't too bad. I can do this". Mid way I'd be thinking "oh no how do I do this?". In the end I'd be so wiped but so proud that I was able to follow through some, even if its not 100%. Then I come back for more because I love how I feel after doing your workouts 😍

    I loved today's workout! I struggled with the support on my wrists and definitely need strengthening to be able to do the full sets. But every day of training is a day of progress!

    Hi Jacquelyn, this is my first time taking one of your classes. I love working my body like this, getting to the little muscles you do not use. I also lift heavier weights , so workouts like this are help me to even everything out and I know by strengthening the little muscles , bigger muscles will benefit as well.     This was absolutely AMAZING! Sweat was pouring from my face! I love how creative the workout was, and although the moves were difficult, the creativity in them made it fun! I am a salsa dancer, and I use your workouts as warm ups to prepare my body for my routines as well as social dancing. Anyway, is this workout on your app as well? PLEASE make more like this!     This workout is INSANE!!! Insanely AWESOME! I hurt so bad, but it feels so good. First time ever really doing a true barre workout. I've done a mixture but never this. So hard, but I know results will come. My arms are jello right now!

    Love this!! Great full body as well as helping the left/right side brain/body connection. I used weights for each set and going slow...wow. This felt very T. Anderson-esque, but more amazingly Yin-y to her usual Yang-yness, if that makes any sense. Thank you!!!

    This is really, deceptively tough! Honestly I had sweat running off me 😆 I’ve been feeling awful all week but this helped me a lot. Goes to show you don’t need high impact to get a really good workout. And unique moves too! Excellent 👏 💃💪🥵😁

    Died while this workout!
    I always do plie squats instead of booty lifts in the end. My ass sticks out so badly, i just want to have smaller butt but still do barre. It's the only type of workout i love.
