Sidell and Duke were a clear highlight. When you’re older looking for love, you’re likely not thinking about kids or establishing your career and just ready to live life with someone. They just jumped right into it and honestly, that’s the best.

There is one which is “Bachelor: Seniors” and it’s for people 65+.
That's pretty cool. I love how age diverse this show is.
There's an elderly focused episode or two on Dating Around (Netflix).
Blind Date (2000s) is hilarious, but it was obvious they gave an elderly lady a crappy date on purpose, it was messed up. She was cute and spunky, and genuinely wanted someone. I hope she found one.
I'd wager most old people wouldn't want or need one. I worked in Elder Care for a while and seniors hook up like crazy. Whether it's in retirement homes, bingo, fishing, even funerals... Old folks are on the prowl and will meet other people to hang out with and hook up.
