Hello! Could you upload a video on how to repair it? I've had it like this for a year and in my country no one knows how to repair it, so I'll do it myself.
i send mine to the shop where i bought it and they send it to company. Today it came back, this repair was done in sweden. about two weeks it takes. Only info was repair: calibrated.

@@kairiincosplayland the equipment was still under warranty and that's why I sent it to them. So far the equipment is still being repaired but I was very well attended.
There is too much hype on this product. It does not work with Smartphone . With ZYPlay apps I could not take a video, Zoom or take a photo, I contaced the help desk. Guy there uses an android phone to test and tells me it works, then eventually borrows someone's iPhone to check on iOS and tells me it works. Later I learned he used a different gimbal and Zyplay. Tells me there must be flaw. So much hype for a useless piece of gear. I returned it to seller.

I’ve had the same issue with mine. I think magnetic mechanisms are playing up. Still broken for me!

They calibrated it ? So it only needs to be calibrated? Mine shows an X a few seconds after I turn it on

People in India with same problem are screwed because the manufacturer or seller does not give warranty support.

hi I have a problem with my gimbal, the hadle shakes and rotate then goes to sleep everytime I use it, what seems to be the problem?
You have forgotten to unlock the axis, you have not balanced it correctly, or you have the motor strength too high or too low
A volte si spegne mentre e in uso lo fa anche quando cambi i parametri dei motori e del Wi-Fi

Mostly I think after 1 year gimbal get dead because I had the same problem with 3 axis mobile gimbal

o equipamento ainda estava na garantia e por issoeu enviei para eles. Até o momento o equipamento segue sendo consertado mas fui muito bem atendido.
