I contacted Zhuyin Indonesia via their Instagram Account and they directed me to the authorized service center. Then I bought it here locally from authorized service center. Where do you actually live? You could try to find an authorized service center and ask them if they have the battery.
@@SebastianMurzuas Unfortunately I don't know. Have you contacted zhiyun? I believe contact is available in Zhiyun's website. The service center where I got the battery from, only sells to the zhiyun owner that legally bought the unit here in my country. They asked me serial number before they serve me. Good luck!
I'm glad if you find this video useful. I got it from local service center. You can try to call local service center and ask them if they have one. Normally you can send the unit to them and have them replace the battery for you. But in my case, I just bought the battery and replace it myself.

It has a mechanical lock/latch to lock x axis in place. You have to reinstall it carefully, there is a tiny spring to keep latch in place.
