The line in which Castle says about the person going home from a long grueling day of work she goes home to a cold empty apartment feeling lonely. I feel that was a play on word, basically saying Kate is alone even though she has Josh.
Funny how he said "separately. Detective Beckett I would never" after saying how they should sleep on it. And in season 5 and onwards they were actually sleeping together 🤭

I don't think they should continue the show though. They already dragged it on too long with not much purpose and story, and it even got out of hand. I think that they should've stopped the show after they caught senator bracken and then show how Beckett and Castle got married.
It would've been nice if after they got Sen.Bracken, they continue the show with a good enough story that would lead Beckett to being the new captain, and then they got married. But a lot of the stories after Sen. Bracken had no purpose and was completed exaggerated.

Again my love of the show is tempered by the fact that the writing of the show is so piss poor and frustrating at times 😑 it drives me nuts.
Beckett as they're "sneaking" through the warehouse, sounds like a donkey traipsing around in her clogs (healed 3in boots) I mean really!!??
Beckett "Rick let's jump inside a metal container" that way we will for sure get locked in and trapped. And, as we've seen, bullets go through like paper!!??

"It means we have a chance".....😂🤪😂🤪😂 this show could've lasted 12 seasons if it had writers the quality of The Mentalist or Justified but instead let's have Beckett draw her weapon on a federal agent trying to scare a suspect into giving up anything as it pertains to a Nuke going off in New York City??? Excellent idiotic writing!
Its episodes like this that doomed this show early in its run.
But, aside from the hundreds of lousy producing errors on this show its still one of my favorites;)
Both mentalist and castle had similar love triangles.
Eventhough Castle and beckett had mutual feelings for 4 years, a random guy Demming came in end of S2 and started sleeping with her easily. At end of S2, she broke up with him bcoz castle pulled away. Then again she started dating Josh and insulted castle by comparing with him.
Same case in mentalist. Eventhough they had developed feelings gradually and till S6 they dint even kiss or date. Random guy Pike came put some pickup lines and comforted her. He told her he had plans. She fell for him immediately and started sleeping

Of course, he was all affectionate with her, invited her to go to the hamptons, and Kate spent the whole time at the delicacy kissing and hugging with Demming!Castle invited someone to go with him, so Kate played the victim, as usual! It wasn't castle's fault, it was Kate who ignored castle!
