- Welcome to day 4 of the 30 Day Improvers Yoga Challenge. Today we have a 20 min full body yoga flow revisiting some of the poses we have focused on so far.
In today's class we work through playful transitions to inspire your creativity and explore new possibilities within your practice. For those that enjoy my fluid and flowy practices I think you will really enjoy this class.

Really enjoying this. I’m a mid 40s 6’3 270 pound rookie. Can’t wait to nail all these flows and amaze myself and friends. Anyone else’s legs exhausted???? 😂

I started practicing with you with the previous challenge. Now I can do the bakasana for 3 seconds - and this is a huge progress for me😅 Thank you for inspiring and engagjng lessons.
Your challenge is the only one that doesn't have me frustrated with myself on Day 4 already. Sure, I have sore muscels I didn't even know I had, but I'm looking forward to the next days. Yeah, my head didn't even come close to touching the ground in yesterdays supported headstand, but you offering modifications this often really helped me not being frustrated, but proud of how far I've come already. I have scoliosis, so strenghtening my back muscels is really important for my health and since I started doing your yoga flows, I see so much progress! Thank you!
Day 4 was my favourite so far!! Loved the Eagle legs in side plank!!
Wow, day 4 completed after a late start. I thought it went quite well apart from eagle pose as mine was more like fallen eagle. Onwards and upwards. Loving the challenge. Thank you so much Charlie 😊x

The day 4 was a great yoga flow session. A kind of repetition to previous classes, but with the exception this time we did the extra eagle and fish poses. An amazing practice. Thank you so much, Charlie 🙏🙏❤️
This was fun!!! My upper body strength has improved a lot since I’ve started watching your videos, so those side plank twists were scary at first but I made it through!! I’m gonna finish the challenge a week late but I’m determined to make it through 😎
