Company morale is at an all-time low. People made massive life decisions to move during and after COVID as leadership saw a huge boost in productivity and work-life balance when employees worked from home. Now, we're being forced to move to Dallas on our own dime or leave the company. They say in-person collaboration is better for the company. What they're not saying is that this is a CEO's cowardly way to lay off workers without calling it a head count reduction. Instead, we're told that we have to make the decision if we want to come along or leave because 'we' feel our talent and happiness is with another company. ... yeah, thats exactly what I'm thinking at age 54 and 31 years with the company. I cant afford to move, so it must mean I was not happy with my career.

Blame the govt. for mass layoffs. Not At&t. Govt. needs their cut. So the co. has to take it out on the ones that work at at&t. Just imagine if govt. had no say in at&ts progress. More production more great paying jobs.
