They do all the time. It’s why men are so entitled to sex, because so many women give sexually for the prospect of hopefully one day getting a guy to like them.
Are you judging? A percentage of females do have standards and boundaries, and they tell those boys, men who are horny toads: unable to control their hormones but are coerced into it.

No. I don’t think that’s fair. Unless you do it for you and you really enjoy doing it for them. If you have a desire for it, and they have a desire for it it’s an equal trade. An act of love. There are plenty of men who enjoy it thoroughly. Who do it for them as well. It’s not simply about the act what about their willingness to do what fulfills you. Their desire to leave you pleased. That desire should be mutual. It’s OK if one person desires it and another person doesn’t care about receiving it. But not if the person who wants to receive it refuses to do it I don’t think that’s fair on either side. Unless the person who is being requested of gets pleasure from doing it as well, despite not receiving it
Again, this is in a context of a relationship, though. Not just sucking some dude off you just went on a date with and hoping he does it back.
