Yes it does a lots of things. I have tested out with Honda crv Audi a4 and Vw golf Toyota cars as well.
I'm looking for a scanner that will show millage in ECM and ABS module. This one has that capability? Does it pick up on how many hour's your radio is on in the vehicle?
Not sure about that but is can do slots of stuff as it’s professional level obd scanner. You can check full details on there website they also have customer service for help.

Can it program an ecu?
Eg physicaly replaced old ecu with new or used ecu
And then program the new one by flashing the data from old ecu
It can read and write ecu code yes but I haven’t done that you can read full instructions before you proceed
