Will you please, PLEASE do a video on how to deal with a boss that doesn't like you because they don't want you outshining them? All my potentail great work is being rolled back and diminished and the "corporate politics" are starting.

@@slee2000ukThat's exhausting and stunting your personal growth for the sake of someone else's ego. There's a balance but never choose to always put someone above yourself. Be self aware. Not self sacrificing

What happens in a case where your line manager is a gossip monger constantly press you for information after you e said you prefer not to discuss certain things?
When she constantly pushes you down or your ideas. Just entering your career and you want to establish your self and skills firmly before looking for another job.
I will tell you one thing...
Politics will do only less capable people...
If someone is with positive energy and high iq they never do this kind of low level things...
