I care about Karen being free, but I care more about these families getting their own punishments. This corruption better not be swept under the rug
Unfortunately their deeds will likely never be punished. Theyve grouped together to protect each other and have destroyed and tainted any evidence. Unless someone cracks and testifies against the others we can only expect the officers that tainted evidence be punished. Even then their actions will likely only merit a slap on the wrist and retraining.
She was horrified that she screwed the pooch and told the truth. She was also terrified of her family, especially the lovely Jennifer....The crying was to cover up her boo boo.

I think it’s possible Karen hit him by accident, but there’s so much conflicting information at this point it’s hard to know for sure. It’s an easy not guilty verdict, that’s for sure.

I agree.. Yanneti did not ask her one question that would open the door for that to be allowed in but Aunty Bev had to come to the rescue and allow that . Allie definitely realized she f’d up, she learned how to act from her mom cause when Jenn would get tripped up on a question she would get even more angry . Another thing related to Chloe, she wasn't just an ordinary German Shepherd from the street/shelter, she was training to be a police dog but failed the tests so subsequently the Alberts adopted her. Along with her violence tendencies, I highly doubt she'd be just chilling in the house when a random person bust into the house.
Or when all those emergency vehicles with the lights etc and then the “leaf blower” going off. That dog would have been barking incessantly!

Ive shown up before unannounced and scared the dogs. The reaction is 3 times worse than if i was announced. If she just showed up and barged in she would have been deafened by barking. Even my dog who was a big wimp would alert bark and run to me. Theres no way youre getting far into the house without them noticing.

Sometimes I think the judge sounds pissed when they ask to approach. Like she knows the defense is hanging them out to dry and she can’t do anything to stop it!! Love it!
I felt the judge was really showing bias durring pretrial and the 1st week or 2 of trial, but I think superior, supervisory judge called her out or something because it's gotten a lot better. She's not rushing the defense, getting on them for looking for things or just making clearly biased rulings to help the defense with no basis in the law

Based on everything I have heard so far, unless there is some footage of Karen actually fatally striking the victim with her car I don't see how she actually gets convicted at this rate. Hell they haven't even convinced me that she was actually DUI in this entire thing since nobody has said that her clear drinking glass was actually alcoholic.

We had a 75 lb German Shepherd, I can tell you. She would have gone berserk all night long if there was a dead man in the front yard!!! Even if we could have settled her down, she would be sitting at the window whimpering and pacing. The German Shepherd is bread for this type of thing

I have a German Shepherd who sleeps in the room with me. If someone burst in he would go BONKERS. Even if he calmed down later figuring out who it was, the initial surprise would set him off. If the jury has ever been around a GSD her lies are laughable.

She is definitely scanning ahead trying to make sure she has all the tees crossed! At 11:20 she reaches into her pockets, she has done this on a few occasions after not feeling comfortable with her answers. I wonder what she has in her pockets that eases her anxiety?
73 year old dog lover here. Having had dogs my entire life, I wonder why the dog did not react to activity on the front lawn, let alone a person entering into the house. All dogs I have had would be going bananas during the entire event. Was the dog even at the house?? OR had the dog left the house during the night??
I have a large Japanese Akita and he's the same if there's any sound at night. I think the dog went with someone that night and was no longer in the house..imo.

I use Life 360 for my kids. The bubble is probably 200 square yards. It’s very easy to use and you enter known places like home or school or friends houses. I’ve never seen it be wrong.

The Nagal brother slipped up and mentioned "the feds" during his testimony. They are not allowed to call it by what it is though. They have been referring to it as "the other proceeding" or "the other grand jury".
At least one of the witnesses slipped and said "feds". I think it was Ryan Nagel (or Tristan?). So it has been dropped a time or two. How much the jury picked up is hard to tell.

Thank you so much for analyzing her testimony. It validated a lot of what I was seeing with the way she was trying to manipulate and lie her way through her testimony. I felt like she kept wanting to see what she said during her Grand Jury testimony so that she could read more than the lines she was asked to read to remember the lies she spoke when another question was brought up that catches her off guard. I saw her eyes scanning the page and at times she moved on to the next page. You can tell she was playing a game but thank God Jackson is so much smarter than her and saw through her deceptive tactics. She's such a narcissist. I hope the jury saw it as well!

Late watching but I use life 360 due to the fact my husband is a truck driver. There is a tear drop on it that if you press that it will tell you everywhere you have been and you can move it back to the beginning of the day to see where they traveled

I have two GS dogs, one weighs 95lbs the other about 70lbs. I don’t care who you are or how often you visit, I would be bandaging them and calling for EMS, while mopping up blood from the floor and walls if they burst into the bedroom in a chaotic manner. However, it would be hard to miss that my dogs were in the room long before you got the door open since they would be trying to remove the door already.
