That was a huge job and so many different things you did. If it were my house, I might have asked to put an overhang on the kitchen island part so people could sit on the other side to eat possibly after cooking out. Another thing I thought of was you could have put on top of the island a hole that receives an umbrella for those warm sunny days.

Another great job. Well done as always. I found it interesting that the neighbors side of the house was right where the other backyard started. Seemed strange not to have at least a three foot easement.

beautiful job! my only concern is the turf leaching chemicals... i read they can off-gas toxic chemicals for quite a while so you have to be sure it's good quality turf.

I'm a contractor and I would not put my prices on CZcams.... not until I put my eyes on the job
Every job is different and price can vary so drastically.... it could give someone the wrong impression about what their project might cost.... way too many little details in their line of work. these guys are doing quality work and are in high demand.... my impression is this company is not for people who want want to nickel and dime and shop around....... they attract customers who want a contractor who adheres to Industry standards.. licensed insured etcetera.... these guys do quality work and take the time to educate their customers so they know where their money is going.. these guys are doing great work.. showing up on time and always available for their customers..... there are so many unethical contractors out there!! you get what you pay for.... these guys are pros and not hurting for customers.... customers are hurting for this type of professional contractor!

Very beautiful, as usual ! I know the general speced everything, but when the homeowner jumps out of the pool barefooted, the turf will be blazing hot on their feet !

Those skimmer lids look great, BUT am sure it can cause some foot damage with the sharp metal edges on the top....just saying.

Isn’t artificial turf horrible to walk on when the sun is beaming at it and it’s like 90 degrees outside? Also, more or less what does this type of job cost? 40-60k? You guys did a perfect job here!
