- Hi everyone, I am currently working as a CNA during the COVID 19 pandemic, which is absolutely mind blowing! I wanted to sit down and share what my experience has been like thus far, as I know this time is pivotal in the world of health and medicine. Please don't t think that this video is how all CNA jobs are during the pandemic, as this is filmed from my experience! I hope this is helpful for anyone wondering what it may be like to be a CNA during the pandemic! Please leave any comments below!:)

I'm getting out of the Marine Corps after 8 years in the infantry. I'm hoping to become a CNA for the Department of Veterans affairs hospital. I feel like the pandemic really shows how important healthcare workers are.
I'm proud of you, keep up the great work too. I'm a CNA as well working agency in 9 different facilities this last year as well as my normal job as a CNA in my home facility. This pandemic has been very hectic and will help you so much being a nurse. You are a prime part of history during this unique health disaster in USA. Your testimony is also very important to show other's what we have all been going through. Just keep it up! Stay strong and stay healthy.

hey girl! I just hopped onto your channel right now and I had a quick question. Since you are working as a CNA, do you still go out to eat with friends or go visit friends and family? I just always had this in the back of my mind because I’m applying to jobs right now and I just wanted this to be put into perspective! Btw new subscriber 💗

So happy to have you🥰 Since we are still in quarantine, I don’t hang out with large groups of people aside from people that I know are social distancing or getting tested regularly! I also choose not to eat out at this time! Although I’m getting tested weekly, I also don’t want to put myself in environments that are risky in any way! Hope that answers your question:)

Hello Deardhra, I did same thing as you. Went to work during pandemic just for clinical experience. I absolutely love all that Im learning and cannot wait to become an RN. I have not once been afraid of Covid. The only question I have is what do you do to disinfect before you come home to avoid cross contaminating?

I have a special bin for my scrubs so the second I come home, I put all my work stuff in that bin and hop right into the shower!
I also keep disinfecting wipes in my car! Hope this helps!
