The amount of "proof" trump supporters are spreading around claiming it proves voter fraud is easily debunked with little effort.. the list of names from michigan that apparently showed dead people voting? More than half of the names are of living people, and the ones who in fact are dead haven't registered or voted.. but its being believed because many arent even fact checking.
Apparently 118 year old man voted so must be fraud right? Nope, turns out the son was who voted and it was accidentally listed under his father, it was corrected promptly but again this one mess up and trump supporters then say thousands of dead people are voting when they arent.
The 4am shipment of illegal votes according to trump fanatics? Again, wrong. Some votes had to be moved because a pipe burst and the flood was a risk to the ballots. They were moved to another location to be kept safe, nothing added or taken away and many people were involved.
People not allowed to see the count? Wrong, people were but more wanted in and there was no space so they had to be outside, they started to intimate the poll workers so boards were put up in a few places to minimise the issue..
Basically anything that can be used remotely to try and discredit the votes, they are using, there is no need to worry though, the courts will do their job and all of the legal cases will be thrown out, the burden of proof is on trump and his team and so far the proof is very much lacking. The voting system is very robust and it proves it works because it did stop some ballots that were illegal, but to trump supporters that means there must be wide spread fraud, they are grasping at straws, let them be, they will have to accept reality in January, until then trump will just whine about losing, I hope he keeps his promise and leaves, in his own words, how could he lose to a guy like that? I wish I was a fly on a wall, I would have loved to see trumps reaction to sir, Joe Biden has won the election
agreed, thats why im excited that we're about to have a first lady who is a teacher and respects education and that we're getting rid of betsy devos (trump's secretary of education who has never been in a public school. she somehow got appointed to be the leader of our entire education system despite having less qualifications than a student teacher in college)

But then again, in India the tracking consists in dipping a finger in indeleble ink and hope they can't wash it off somehow, and vote by mail is for special needs only. The United States under Covid-19 did things a bit more high-tech, and I have to say, it was beautiful to see American democracy in action.Their mail-in-ballots had barcodes, and every single one was checked for a valid singature (matched against one already on record). If something was wrong in many places people were notified and allowed to go back to the polling place to "curate their ballots" (fix whatever was wrong with them). Every person who went to vote in person was matched against a list of those who had already voted by mail, so nobody could vote twice. Some places even checked for witness signatures. So in the end this was to me just as heart-warming an event as the colorful and gigantic Indian elections, albeit for different reasons.
