On the aspect of you paying before they put fuel on your vehicle, it's not correct. It depends on the person buying the fuel. He or she may react to the spur of the moment. That's, he or she may pay unconsciously. Or maybe the driver is in a hurry. So , he or she might pay to give the fuel attendant the impression that he's in a haste .

Nigerians are not proud of Abuja, because it doesn't have skyscrapers like Dubai. I keep telling people that Abuja was built for the purpose of being the administrative capital of Nigeria.
It doesn't have an advance financial service like Lagos. Abuja is a government city.

The reason why Nigerians are able to develop at such a large scale is because they are a *self-introspecting* people. They don’t threaten or respond with hostility to objectivity. They have the *confidence* to look within without fear and ask “what’s wrong? What can we do better?” which puts them at a high level of human development and civilization. This is why Naija will become even greater than it already is.

"Abuja was created because Lagos has become too chaotic".
Lol, the ignorance in this statement is extremely staggering.
First of all, Murtala Muhammad was the masterminder behind Abuja being the capital of Nigeria, but the plan was facilitated by IBB in the aftermath of the failed coup to overthrow his govt. Murtala and his team drew the plan when he was the Head of State. Had it been Murtala wasn't assassinated, Abuja would have become the capital in late seventies or early eighties.
My point is, Abuja being the capital has got nothing to do with Lagos being chaotic. In the early nineties Lagos wasn't congested, compared to the last 15 years.
