Listening to this reminded be that Toji made mention after Gojo's revival that he was High off his own power and to me points out Gojo wasn't concerned with anything beyond satisfying his desire to get back at Toji and not protecting anything. For the time he was High I believe he was his most free of any burdens that life has placed on him since his birth.
It's only once that objective is done and Gojo respects Toji by listening to his last words while he clings to life and Sakuna does it at the moment of Death for his opponent. Imo If Sakuna is selfishness that costs everyone around him then Gojo is collectivism that comes at his own personal cost.
Im also interested in the idea that Gojo calling himself the Honored One was to soon and his Awakening wasn't complete. Like Maki's Awakening came in stages relatively quickly requiring help and so far Gojo's awakening only seem to happen on the verge of or because of his own death. Gojo dieing and being released on his earthly burdens/speaking with the departed might be the way to finish his awakening as a truly Enlightened being.
Believe that is the point of 236, Gojo reach true enlightenment by going all out and dying not as the strongest anymore, he was able to reflect and most importantly he is with the people that meant the most to him, Geto. So there really is no reason for Gege to give him an "enlightenment" via revival
gojo is truly dead ... imo there is no more awakening other than learning RCT.. to open a barrierless domain requires knowledge and not just a random burst of power or inspiration
@@ramonejonas8438 when Gojo died the first time his "awakening" wasn't figuring out RCT, his awakening was coming to the realization or full understanding of cursed energy, which in turn helped him figure out RCT. and it's also why he was able to find the solution to figuring out his own technique "Reversal Red". he couldn't do it before he became "enlightened". and not only did he figure out Red, but he also came up with Hollow Purple on the spot with his new understanding of cursed energy. its knowledge itself that he gains which gives him the so called burst of power and inspiration, it isn't the other way around. if Gojo was to truly be revived and have another awakening or enlightenment during his point of death, it'd most likely be him coming to an understanding of Sukuna's entire way of living, true selfishness, true isolation from others, true detachment from human morale in order to excel to his highest point of potential. and giving how Gojo literally lives for jujutsu and gets his rocks off at his own power, i wouldn't be surprised if he decided to give in to that same means of living in order to become more powerful. but i doubt Gege Akutami wants that to happen. it would be awesome tho. i can just imagine Gojo reviving and whipping out infinite balls of meteorite sized Hollow Purples
Interesting analysis, It's true that Gojo's desire for revenge against Toji seemed to consume him, but it also allowed him to experience a sense of freedom and liberation. His actions and mindset reflect a certain level of personal sacrifice for the greater good. As for his awakening, it's possible that Gojo's journey towards enlightenment may require further trials and experiences, including facing death and letting go of earthly burdens. It'll be fascinating to see how his character develops in the future.

Yuji is not only from back then in the Heian period but it's obvious he was some relation to Sukuna, whether he is him or is a brother. Not only that, he is the child of the most evil sorcerer to have ever lived, Kenjaku in which MADE him specifically for Sukuna as his perfect vessel as well as Yuji being a cursed object soaked in Sukuna at this point. Yuji is Sukuna's kryptonite and Gojo forsaw Yuji surpassing him all the way back in the beginning of the series. They're all cogs in Kenjaku's plan anyways though. if you think Yuji beating Sukuna is nonsense you didn't read jjk you just saw a few tiktoks on it.

Gojo's death will make the things for our bois a bit easy because the reason Sukuna was revived after Gojo's birth and him becoming the strongest is to maintain the balance in the world. Now that he is dead, the balance should be shifted towards our bois and Yuuji must have a really important technique to use against Sukuna

ABD I have a theory about gojos revival. He throughout the story has been a parallel of Buddha. When Buddha was born. he walked right from the womb and says he's the "Honored one" but not enlightened yet. That's why gojo will reach true enlightenment and return. Him coming back and beating Sakuna as Gojo Saturo because of his students and his personality answers the question if he is the strongest just because of his innate talent. Furthermore, Sakuna saying he will kill Gojo first but Gojo beating Sakuna will also come true. Lastly, budha became enlightened at the age of 29 gojo is still 28 because he lost 18 days in the prison realm so on December 25 one day after the beginning of the battle (maybe chapter 243) he will come back

Now that you talk about it, Gojo's arc feels incomplete now. And not just by a little, but by alot. I mean, there's no next Satoru Gojo nor a group of powerful sorcerers. Sure there's potential in his students, but there's no certainty that its gonna happen.
Except there are a group of powerful sorcerers Sukuna and fellow Heian Era sorcerers are outside the context problems for modern Era Gojo's group are some of, if not the strongest sorcerers currently. And then that's not even counting additions to the group like Choso and Higaruma ( a true prodigy if there ever was one )

In order to be free from one thing, you must be chained by another thing. Freedom is an illusion. It's interesting that Yuji was able to take or limit his freedom. If Yuji develops a domain expansion, it could be a perfect prison that not even Sukuna and his barrierless domain could escape from. He would be stripped of everything, leaving him naked at his root. This would also make a good time to cut to the past and reveal what made Sukuna turn so hopelessly towards darkness and become it's most faithful servant.

Once you reached your destination at the very top, you are going to question all of it's worth in the long run. Regardless of gege bias towards gojo to write him off, stands as the same examples used in all anime. There is always one who is the strongest and a villain that is equal or stronger. To cycle back around the focus to fellow MC *itadori* which at this point is a background character who then becomes main focus at the end. *Itadori* plot armor is being soaked in sakuna’s energy which puts him on par or above. Sakuna will only lose to himself, not even a kenjaku controlled gojo could stand against him.
This "gege hates gojo" is just copium for gojo fans. He wrote that dude perfectly, Gave him plot armor against the toji fight, Gave him an OP ability and wrote him as a funny Kakashi. He was always favoured by the author, He's just not the main point of this story. The story now revolves around Yuji, Kenjaku and Sukuna. A typical Main Villain, MC, and an Uncontrollable Strong General for the Main Villain.

The video was fire, but i really don't buy into "Gojo fighting only for the sick of himself and his perversion with jujutsu".
Gojo has been portrayed multiple times to care not only for his students, who are powerful and have immense potential, but also protected people like Ichiji, a weak nobody. He swore to avenge people in Shibuya, that were killed by Disaster Curses. He experienced immense grief over Geto's turn to villainy and eventual demise.
He was shook and sealed because of how many emotions of guilt, grief and regret he still felt.
So this newly added, "layred" characterisation did not fit with who Gojo had been previously shown.
And the evidence, provided with his comments about Riko is not the best either. He was literally just killed and revived himslef. He JUST got the heck of his newly found understanding of the core of the CE. After his head and brian were damaged, Toji calls his behaviour as "being high". But he still had yet to lose Geto, he stil is yet to be isolated by that same person.
He is yet to form his new ideals about fostering new generation, so that nobody will ever be alone and nobody will take the innocent lives of the youth.
I don't rock with this character writing, and i really don't like the pacing at which jjk is going right now, so i am fully prepared for it to have somewhat similar to GOT or AOT levels of fumble. Maybe not to that extent, but close enough.

1st Point:After the 1st Domain clash Gojo found out about Sukuna domain but He Still Lose to Sukuna in 2nd Domain battle. I think if sukuna didnt have maho he would be more careful and didnt let Gojo land his domain and Find out Gojo every Trick and Still defeat Gojo but it would be Ext DIff .
2nd Point:If Sukuna didnt have Mahoraga He would use his True Form From the beginning and take advantage in h2h and combat and didnt let Gojo destroy his Domain. 2 hand Sukuna can Keep Up with Gojo hand to hand combat just imagine if Sukuna use 4 arm and He would killed Gojo in only Domain clash. But it still would be extreme Diff
