XD I have a much newer phone than an older woman who has an older Samsung phone and she can use it as a reverse charger for her other devices. The tech overlords decide when to allow features to exist and when to take them away.

IPhone users pay him more because they are dumb and unlike Androids, Iphones are tedious to repair in comparison to Androids. So iphone repairing is good business for him.
I as a landscaper, hate having to trim my own lawn and dig/plant my own flowers. I bought mulch to cover the path way around my front door to avoid planting flowers or succulents yet I still have the mulch sitting in my back yard in the bags they came in and dirt as the path instead 💀
Me replacing my own samsung galaxy s10 back glass that isn't even glued in because the new battery I put in expanded and unglued the back glass.
(I installed the old battery with 78% healthy, I don't use phones with expanded battery, also the battery when it expanded caused the sound to vanish and after 20 second the phone died with 90% battery left).
The iPhone 16 needs to have reverse wireless charging.

This same loose battery connecter problem happened on my iphone xs causing random reboots, I fixed it with just a few pieces of tape on the back so it wouldn't move with the screen in place

As someone who also repairs electronics, I feel this lol. Whether it's a PC, one of my retro consoles, etc, I constantly just keep everything running until a major repair is needed lol.

In Egypt we have a saying that is “باب النجار مخلع" which translates to “the carpenter’s door is broken” meaning that the carpenter wouldn’t fix his own door since he’d find it a waste of time since no profit coming to him from it, it sure applies to all fields and this video is the best example 😌

We basically have had reverse charging ever since iPhone12. When using magsafe battery pack, you can charge it by plugging your iphone into power. So iPhone can physically reverse charge something else. It just software limitation that doesn’t allow you to do it with other things such as AirPods or other phones.

You should just a gotten a new shield and screwed on top. Maybe with a little padding to help it stay in place.
They do have reverse wireless charging tho. If you charge your iPhone with a cable and have a MagSafe battery pack on it will charge the phone first then then phone chargers the battery pack.

When u r charging ur iPhone with wire and u clip apple’s charging bank whatever its name is the bank as well as iPhone charges at same time via wire connected to iPhone I know very not efficient use of reverse charging
Reverse wireless charging is on the iPhone 12 and up just only with the Apple MagSafe battery pack
