NEW Smithscript SHIELD Does Ridiculous DAMAGE | Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree

Here is a look at one of the new weapons you get in the shadow of the Erdtree DLC which is the Smithscript Shield. This weapon does a ridiculous amount of damage for basically nothing. While keeping your distance you can throw your shield and do more damage than most sorceries.

having a shield scale with 4 stats with 99 in each does boost the dps by a large margin.
my 120 def could do close to the same damage if i changed armour but def less hp ,fp, and stamina.

Very true. Dude has 99 on all stats and it's only doing a measly 700 damage. At that level and stats a lot of things do much more damage, with more range, and speed... Try that shield on a Lv150 character and see how bad it is. This vid is clickbait garbage just like almost every other Elden Ring OP video out there.
