  • We took our 2021 ‪@CANAMOFFROAD‬ Commander XT-P up to the top of Fissure Mountain in Johnson Valley, California. This is a great trail that isn’t too difficult and has great views over all of Johnson Valley including Hammertown which is located on Means Dry Lakebed.

Jon. Looks like a great ride. Did you add the Corbin turn signal kit to the XTP? I notice the 3 bank switch mount under the start button and it looks like the same one Chris sent me. I have worked with Chris to add a turn signal stock on the steering column on my XTP. Easy change over with Chris's help. Stay safe and have fun at KOH

Yes we added the Corbin turn signal kit with the blank switch mount. Great stuff!

Do you think the max XT-P could handle 32x10x15 roxxzillas without them lugging it down or hindering it in anyway, or would you stay with the lighter carnivore tires ?

We have been running 32-inch tires without issue

@@UTVGuide101 true that, just wondered about the added weight of the roxxzilla tire. Between the carnivore and roxxzila are 5lbs ish. There’s no question about running the 32’s I’m 100% committed to that size. Just didn’t know if adding 20lbs of rotating weight would noticeably effect it in like Moab or Hatfield & McCoy trails
      Thanks for your input

Also was it worth the money to have Shock therapy completely re- doo them fox shocks, or think most of it was just the springs ? Only thing is I’m not sure about the auto adjustment gadget I’d be on soft the whole time except for Dune’n but not sure how much I’d do there with 100hp. Would think about deleting the belt protection limiter or what ever it’s called as to get 100% throttle but other than that evolution I believe has a tune that will get you 10hp more and not sure that enough to make much of a difference. Just looking for input from you or anyone else who has already had one of these XT-P machines looking at the max version
