I'm a huge Power Rangers fan and have some amazing nostalgic memories of the show, the movies and the games.
Today's we talk about everything we know so far and I analyze my most anticipated fighting game of 2019.

POWER RANGERS! I'm more a TMNT guy ;-)
Oh yeah! Hell if they came out with a TMNT game using this same engine I'd be all over it!
I'd even be happy with a beat 'em up or hack and slash with my 4 favorite radioactive turtles!
If you're looking to get into fighting games this year, I have a few recommendations.
_SoulCalibur VI_ is a great way to get into the genre since it doesn't have many complicated inputs for moves while still retaining its depth. It's also a gorgeous game with an awesome roster and a pretty solid character-customization system.
If you're more interested in 2D fighters, _Under Night In-Birth_ is a beautiful game with a kick-ass soundtrack and a pretty extensive tutorial for learning the game from the very basics to more advanced techniques. _Killer Instinct_ , _Guilty Gear Xrd_ , and _Dragonball Fighter Z_ are also great games that fit this description, although their single-payer options are more limited.
Capcom used to be considered the best developer in the genre, but their recent games have been pretty disappointing packages and offer basically nothing unless you're interested in the competitive scene. Their older games are fantastic though, with pretty much every console having at least one superb Capcom fighter or two under its belt. _Tatsunoko vs Capcom_ is my all-time favorite Wii game.
Even the Power Rangers series has had its share of decent fighting games. There's _Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition_ for the SNES, which is easily among the best fighters for the system. There's also an obscure Japan-only PS1 game called _Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger_ (the Japanese version of Power Rangers Ninja Storm), which I've very much enjoyed.

I will definitely be taking your advice and seeing how many of these games I can get my hands on this year.
I think I'm especially leaning towards Dragon Ball Fighter Z as it'll be good prep for Power Rangers.
