Do I want to spend $1300 on a mother board
$1300 No, I would recommend getting it second hand for $700, or for even less get the Z790 Maximus Extreme. Sadly its a downgrade from the Z690 Godlike I currently own.

Amazing board. Those who doesn't have it don't get it. But just looking at it makes your life happier. It's piece of art. My 14900KF along with Dominator Titanium and Crucial T700 are happy to be inside of this Godlike board. Honestly when I purchased my 13k$ gaming setup, I was most stunned by this motherboard and not 4090 Suprim X nor 57" Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor with ultrawide 4k@240Hz resolution. That's how cool this board is. Asus just can't compare in premium-range. MSI always comes superior in top-tier range hardware.
It's something common gamers with 7800x3D can only dream about. Putting your 14900K inside godlike board, turn off your E-cores with hyper-threading, overclocking active cores above 6Ghz and having uncomparable gaming performance which you can't get from mid-range AMD hardware. Looking forward for 14900KS to air on market to be put in this motherboard to get highest performance available in future.
PS: This crazy motherboard is mostly made by pure aluminium. Not just front side, back side is covered whole by massive aluminium armor. This board weights 2 times more than my laptop.
