    Thank you for this excellent video. I'd imagine many of your viewers like myself would love a little more pain free neck flexibility in daily life. Driving for me raises many issues which highlight my poor range of neck rotation. I'll be doing these daily.

    So brilliantly explained and demonstrated. Especially like how you showed the bonus exercise in the high backed chair. Thank you so much. The exercises that the physio sends, via texts, are not really helpful to me, need to look properly at form, through a "real" health professional doing it along me, so as to reduce my chances of worsening my conditions.

    • @ExerciseForHealth

      Go on how your body responds. Once a day would be OK, but see if it feels alright the following day.

    Any suggestions on pillow brands?

      @ExerciseForHealth  Před 6 měsíci

      I have no idea or expertise on this I'm afraid, sorry. I use a Tempur pillow (memory foam) which has helped me with my neck pain and I experience much less morning stiffness than before.

    It hurts for me to turn my head from side to side. Should you press through the pain or what?

    • @ExerciseForHealth
      @ExerciseForHealth  Před 6 měsíci

      I wouldn't, just work within the pain free range of movement.

      Thank you. Do you mean providing a workout with a walking stick, or providing a workout with a weighted barbell? I'm doing a suspension training (bodyweight) workout this weekend :-)

    Hello… I have cervical disc herniations and cervical spondylosis and always suffer from neck pain and dizziness. Just want to ask if these exercises can be done when in pain? Thanks!

    • @ExerciseForHealth
      @ExerciseForHealth  Před rokem

      Probably best not to do them when in pain as the movement could exacerbate the symptoms. Wait until it subsides.

    Be careful of such video if anything goes wrong you will be sitting with immense pain and possibly long term damages. You will have no clue how to recover from it. So, best thing is find an experienced physio near your neighborhood who know muscles, exercise relationships.

    • @ExerciseForHealth
      @ExerciseForHealth  Před 11 měsíci +2

      Agree that you should always take the advice of a physio that knows you. This video (as with all videos on this channel) don't target one individual.
