The areas shown here appear to be mostly multi-family or apartments with no yards and not much in terms of architectural sophistication. Definitely much more densely populated. Contrast what is shown here with the real tragedy of Detroit where much of some of the beautiful family neighborhoods with spacious yards, large single family homes, unique architectural design, quality building materials like brick, and such have been burned out and abandoned, and as CharlieBo has shown in other videos, returned to nature.
You should go to camden New Jersey. When I was visiting jersey my sister needed to go their rq and when I tell you that place is hood its hood🤦🏽♀️ boarded houses, junkies on the side of the road, police yellow taping, kids on the streets selling stuff to make quick money, abandoned houses vandalized or being used as hide outs. The borders of the city are very friendly, but the as of late, people from the lesser safe parts are starting to wake up and move to the nicer areas.
