Paterson is a shit hole. It’s sad, too, because there’s so much history in that city. All these old warehouses and factories that were BOOMING back in the day. Paterson was the place to be. Go take a look at some of the absolutely stunning g houses near Eastside Park and tell me you’re still in Paterson. Unfortunately, you go a few blocks past in either direction and wearing the wrong shoe laces will almost certainly get you killed. It’s a damn shame.
Depends what part of the video. Beginning is going up broadway towards the eastside, then rosa parks thru the 4th ward heading toward 3rd ward/Riverside ending at Lyon St. Hes also driving down West Broadway past Belmont Ave toward Presidential Blvd to cross over the bridge into downtown. A bunch of other spots too just listing a few of the main blocks that cut thru one side of the city to another.
:32-1:20 west broadway coming down from the brownstone passed union ave (checkers on the left ps #5 on right) took a right on matlock right after totowa ave toward ryle ave
Not sure what the point of this video was. Filming discreetly while driving and without notice is wrong. I don’t think anyone shown agreed to be filmed. Anyone can find out how dangerous these streets are based on crime data that’s accessible online. I lived in Paterson all of my life and I grew up in near the streets that you were filming. All you see in this video are people being outside. Shows like Cops can depict how dangerous Paterson is., but this video doesn’t do that.
Here's another thing you should have talked about right now as I'm speaking into this phone there's a police helicopter Not Over Broadway not not over the towers but all the way down here by the other side of Patterson going into Fairlawn he's just hovering in one spot so I guess that must be a black area why don't you take pictures of that how we being harassed

Come to Michigan city Indiana and ride bye the west and east and and cool spring
I live next to Paterson and it's a very dangerous place. Lots of violence and gangs but parts of it are lovely.
Lol I live Vreeland way side near route 20 lol am good but I use to live between 12 and broadway never had problem maybe because am young and know everyone 😹
Muito bonito!
_In Paterson that's just the way things go_
_If you're black, you might as well not show_
_Up on the streets_
_Unless you wanna draw the heeeeat_
Really? Bob Dylan? How old is that? Now it's the opposite......
Second Charlie you should go to Columbus Ohio North linden streets
Charlie was over by Mt. Vernon Avenue once, you know around Taylor Avenue where it's particularly nasty. But really... he has seen and documented SOOOO much worse. I know what you mean about North Linden, though. Yikes.
Think that’s bad wait till ya see Bronx
I can understand why you running around filming African-American areas and calling them dangerous every city in United States have a dangerous area no place is safe?????🤨🤔🤔🤷♀️🤷♀️
Most cities in the usa have a hood. It's isn't always black either. The dude is black. He mostly does black hoods. That's all.
And people from paterson are nice. They let you drive freely. Nobody shot at you.
That’s nothing 10yrs ago it was way worse ,cleaned up a lot
Why the Phuck don't you do a video about Paterson's safest streets?
Why don't you do one ? My channels shows run down inner city areas, and that's what people come to see on this channel.
Remind me of gta san andreas 😆
lmao i walk though there every week
Used to by my weed from a guy on the corner of Rosa parks and Fair st when I was in high school. One day he tells me the spot is too hot, he’s not gonna be there anymore. I was bummed because my man was reliable and always in the same spot for months day and night. but he was like “I’m gonna be over there from now on” and he pointed like ten yards up across the street. I was like oh ok. See you tomorrow 😂
😂😂😂
Now you can buy legal weed in Paterson on Route 20

It seems to be a very nice town.
Patterson doesn’t seem that bad at all. It looks like most cities in Jersey.
@@TravelingOnStardust I particularly like that kind of architecture. The streets are pretty and full of life.
@@TravelingOnStardust and most cities in jersey if not all are like th ird w orld countries
@@RazPerignon It depends on the part of Jersey. There are some very nice suburban towns of course and then there are more dense, urban areas that are not as nice.

SILK CITY STAND UP !! 973 all day. Aint NOBODY f*ckin wit us HANNNNNN
I live near this area. You passed our street. I moved in with my gf. Like the other poster said, this city is being gentrified. Our new apartment building is part of the gentrification. My gf and i dont make a lot of money and most apartments dont accept her large dog.
U drove past my house lol
I want to know how that other dude that film cities modifies his GoPro so that he gets great low light performance which GoPro’s do not usually do. I like smaller sensors that have fixed focus and don’t do the stupid human eye effect we’re only focuses on what’s close does a bokeh affect or blur effect on the background.
Charlie started and ended his New Orleans video at night. But did the opposite in Patterson, which isn't as bad as Camden. Smart move Charlie.
New Orleans leads the nation for large cities in homicide rate for 2022, so idk what you meant by your comment
Why most dangerous street I tought most dangerous is in Detroit
The title says patersons most dangerous streets
Paterson is a shit hole. It’s sad, too, because there’s so much history in that city. All these old warehouses and factories that were BOOMING back in the day. Paterson was the place to be. Go take a look at some of the absolutely stunning g houses near Eastside Park and tell me you’re still in Paterson. Unfortunately, you go a few blocks past in either direction and wearing the wrong shoe laces will almost certainly get you killed. It’s a damn shame.
Where in Paterson is this area ? Near Broadway? Near West Broadway ?
Depends what part of the video. Beginning is going up broadway towards the eastside, then rosa parks thru the 4th ward heading toward 3rd ward/Riverside ending at Lyon St. Hes also driving down West Broadway past Belmont Ave toward Presidential Blvd to cross over the bridge into downtown. A bunch of other spots too just listing a few of the main blocks that cut thru one side of the city to another.

Ok Karen. Smh
So I’m a “Karen” because you don’t agree with my post? If you’re going to call me names, then make it make sense. I’m from and still live in Paterson.

You call them the most dangerous streets but you see all the redevelopment goin on in them streets, them streets in the process of being gentrified
This is not the truth .
Til this day charlie and all the guys that visit Paterson still go in the same circles! Go in the trenches for real of Paterson next time please!
I know those streets well, you would get knifed for just looking at someone
