what exercises for core you suggest for annular tear?
Planking! Start at one minute twice a day and increase slowly from there. Up to 3-4 mins. Do it before eating.
Lose weight if you're overweight ... this takes pressure off your spine.
Downward facing dog (gently) yoga exercise is good.
Try to sit relaxed on a firm couch for ten mins a day.
Move and turn slowly.
The fissure takes up to two years to heal so try to be patient. Very hard but my best wishes to you. Good luck.

Will the fluid from an annular tear show on an MRI? Or just the tear?
that needs a separate test, wherein they inject a die in disc and then check if it leaks in CT scan.
