We’re not the biggest army in the world , but we do this bloody well…..🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧!!
We're decent!
The costume are way better looking than the rest of the world's military uniforms.
Love it! Greetings from Holland!
Yous are the best with love from Australia 🇦🇺 I am very proud to be part scoutish and Irish and German. Keep up the good work.
There is quality, and there is quantity, and, By The Living Harry, there is both here!.
My grandfather served in the 5th Seaforth Highlanders and was killed 2 months before WWII ended. Thank you!!!! This means a lot to our family! Hold Fast!
My great-grandfather served in the Seaforth Highlanders in the Great War and was the only one of his brothers to make it home. Lest we forget.
My Grandfather also served with the 5th Bn he was wounded at the Battle of El Alemain
@@christophernixon367 The 2 months before the end bit has got me all choked up .... so close to the end of the war , Thank you for his service. Lest we forget .
My uncle served in The Seaforths during WW11
In Russia, 27 million were killed, 6 million Jews. Should I cry for your grandfather? My grandfathers came home wounded and wounded. Kingdom of Heaven, to all Warriors. There is such bullshit on the Internet, how many died and when (not Russian propaganda) just.... Look.Your eyes will go up your ass.Of course, we remember the convoy and your help. The Death Factory Auschwitz (Auschwitz) was liberated by the Russians(Soviet).
That is, someone from the fifteen republics that were part of the USSR (Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians...Chuvash, like me
What a wonderful sound and sight ……. Good for you Scotland………I applaud you .
One day I will visit this gorgeous country!! From Canada! ❤❤
At 68+ years old I still get goosebumps every time I hear Scotland The Brave. Italian, German, English, Irish and a little Scottish I am. AND enjoying a little scotch right now. Life is good. Peace for all and to all a good night.
May your evenings be pleasant mr. Vogel.
I mean, you arnt Italian, German, English, Irish or Scottish your just American
Peace Brother
Mr. Vogel: my baby daddy, who is from Bishop Briggs near Glasgow always told me that it didn't matter that I have ¼ English blood. He says all that matters is my Scottish blood. It's because the good stuff always floats to the top❣️ I was born in Canada, but I was raised to be proud of my Scots heritage. 🇨🇦🏴
This is awe-inspiring my Dad said.

My grandfather loved Scotland and I still love the sound of the pipes
Fabulous coverage as always Jim, thanks for sharing sir.
Everlasting down the generations your pipes live on and at lasting occasions deep memories that never die.
Just a fantastic video everybody loves the sound of big pipe music and watch the March I give this video five stars

Thanks very much for your kind comment Risteard!
This is hard on your feet, walking uphill. Wonderful musicians and service men and women..
Believe that I was christened in St Giles. May God Bless you in Scotland and beyond 😇
Walking on cobbles is a killer…
I’m an ex combat , Aussie army…. Best thing on ANZAC Day is marching with the pipes….. love it all!
Getting down to kip with the drone ringing in your ears.
Bagpipes give me goosebumps, especially this song.

@@JimRamsayJWR ohh that nice from you dear Sir, really i would like to come to assist to this beautiful and historical event, but who knows we defeat this pandemic disaster, this way we will travel without any fear of locking borders or something like this.
I really appreciate your invitation.
From the bottom of my heart big salute to you Sir.
I had the privilege of playing at the “Tattoo” in 1984 and 89. Great times!
A beautiful city and a wonderful sight and sound!
Hi, I'm from Naples (Italy) and I was in Edinburgh in 1982 to see the military tattoo and it was wonderful. Now when I hear the sound of your bagpipes I am moved and I feel a little Scottish. A hug to all of Scotland.
Few realize the difficulty in what you do. Excellent work in a dynamic environment!
All I could do was cry so beautiful proud to be a scott
Eye yer not alone
So beautiful that ye cannae call yersel a Scot.
Want if I waz ya, bassas. Lol xxxxxxxx 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶💖💖💖🌟🌟🌟

Scot from the heart: Auld Alliance 😉
And let us indeed remember, and never ever forget the great sacrifice of so many.
Gotta love the pipes ! March on Scotland the Brave !
(And I'm Irish)
You all started off in Scotland first, same origins😊
This is just too epic 👍🏴 and the way those trumpet 🎺 players just spawned out of nowhere. WoW !
I wish I could be scottish :D In Germany we don't have a tradition like this. The once so proud country lost it all, but y'all keeppin it up mates. Beautiful
ive heard the prussians still like to put on a display and i still like german marching music even if not pc
plenty of traditional music played by the bundeswehr including newer stuff like Panzerlied, just a few words changed, and many of the marches were written way before WW2
Thank you for the videos,
I love it , specially Scotland the brave , it reminds me when I lived in Jordan the army used to play it and other music , of course the motherland Scotland is the basis of all ..

The Scottish look and dress the best. The Union is stronger because of these great soldiers. As an English civilian, I am very proud that the Scots fight with us. We are stronger together.
Nothing beats a tip top pipe band.I’m proud of my Scottish education and family.
Such beauty we should be so proud a privilege thank you
Amazing! Scotland Forever. From an admiring scouser.
Thanks for posting these videos my son has been in a few ... very proud mum and amazing to watch our army
Another Aussie 'bitza': I'm 57% English (Cornish), 33% Scottish,10% Swedish. A cousin, a South Australian Rhodes Scholar, died fighting in the Black Watch Regiment, in WW2, Burma Chindits campaign (Wingate). The pipes always make me proud. 🙂
wonderful.. so proud to be Scottish
I love seeing the red little cloth balancing left to right
I feel humbled to see/here you God bless and keep you safe

An honor.
Best in the world! I could go to sleep listening to snare drums and bag pipes
Yess, splendid from France . Love 😍. Merciii
So good to hear that unmuffled bass drums are coming back in fashion - @ long last ! - :)
Another awesome video! Thanks for posting. How does one find out when these parades in Edinburgh take place? I'm particularly interested in The Royal Regiment of Scotland (5 SCOTS). Thanks!
Hello 👋 🫂 👋 Scotland !❤❤❤ Happy 😊 😃 😀 Christmas 🎄 💖 for you people there ! Thank you 😊 Daniel from Ururguay, Montevideo City !
Anybody anywhere there 🤔 👀??
Handsome and brave. A Scots married my Nan. My Gramp. 💖🌟
Love the Dog who was carrying a small doggie@3:35 and was looking at the band in awe.🐶😜
Amazing performance, gentlemen!!
This is why I really want to join the royal regiment of Scotland 🏴🏴🏴
Go for it!
The first tune always remind me of my childhood down here in England and Scotts porridge oats.
Thank you for filming where we can really enjoy the fantastic drummers. Love the Royal Marines drums, but 2Scots drummers have the edge!
Amen! Amen!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🏴🏴🏴😍
Absolute exelente Cameraführung ,
Bin begeistert Wünsche Dir weiterhin viel Freude mit den tollen Job.
Grüße vom Peter aus Berlin Germany
As we remember our war dead Peter. With great respect we also remember the German soldiers also. May God rest their souls. Alan from Edinburgh.
Yes we remember german soldiers but HITLER AND NATZI WILL NEVER.WE MUST BE DURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. My father stationed in Bedfordshire was to young to fight.he met German soldiers as young as himself.they never wanted to fight they were dead if they didn't comply.they also hated Hitler many did.but unlike our prisoners the German prisoners had a holiday.so we must never forget the lads who sadly GAVE THIER TODAY SO WE CAN HAVE OUR TOMORROW.UK
I love this. It’s great to hear a brass band version of Scotland the Brave. The part beginning at 9:17 is great.
Big highland pipes and drums - best march sound ever
Well done, Jim🏴
Auch in Deutschland sollten deutsche Soldaten so marschieren dürfen und den verdienten Respekt bekommen.
cheers Jim, another great one!
Thanks Ronny!
ESPECTACULAR preciosa musica celta gaitas y mas gaitas me encanta esa musica escocia irlanda galicia y asturias territorio celta
Greetings from Rayong Thailand! May they NEVER be forgotten! I couldn't make Kanchanaburi (River Kwai) this year due to Covid restrictions however their names march on!
My late Father was on the Death Railway he was in the 2nd Battalion of the Argylls .
Lest we forget
Wunderschön, ich bin so begeistert, würde so etwas mal sehr gerne live erleben.
komm zum Edinburgh Tattoo
Bloody brilliant and respect to them very powerful indeed
Standing just next to the snares is the best place so you can hear the popes and snares too, instead of just the pipes.
Great show
Many thanks , JIM.
That's fantastic hearing The Pipes and drums, there's nothing like it.
Vive kz Bretagne France 🇫🇷 And you. Merciiii. Bravo 👏
I so love the bagpipes and remember my elder bro carrying me to watch and listen to them when I was about 2 years and I ended up screaming and me being a singer most embarrasing
Just love playing these guys at 2:00 in the morning and at 5;00 keeps the scumbags away thank you
If this doesn’t lift your spirit nothing will!
No toy soldiers here.
What enemy could fail to feel his blood freeze at the sound of distant pipes coming for him.
Love bagpipes and drums!!!
My Uncle Bob Tyson served the Crown fighting Rommel in North Africa and my Grandfather Jack Brown helped build Spitfires for the Battle of Britain.
God save the Queen
I wear one of their "3-bell" Sporrans for Burns' Night every year! With the Gordon Tartan, though.
Đây cũng là một nét đặc săn văn hoá, văn nghệ truyền thống của Scotland. Rất ngưỡng mộ dàn kèn và trống điêu luyện của họ.!!!😎😍😂😃😄
That warrant officers voice would put the fear of God into young soldiers
Vive the Auld Alliance 🏴🇫🇷
Nicely captured Jim good to see you again
Likewise Colin and catch you tomorrow again!

Jim, As a man that uses Hobnailed boots himself. i can understand the pain GSM Gibson probably felt at 7:25 when he slid a bit. just a wee little slide he did. If he sees this comment. i shall be proud
I walked with Tony into Edinburgh Castle on Monday and those boots are like ice skates on those cobbles! Sound good though!
Beautiful!!!
Well done the Scots as always. From a Welshman.
Excellent, just excellent. :)
i walked these streets not long ago,,, i still well up to the pipes to this day......
bit dogey with the gimble at first but hell you done a fine job with the camera , also rip those lads who never came home
very smart well done to you all
A sound to put a swagger in your hips . God bless 2 Scots.
Best in the world brother X
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but aren't the colour patterns of the kilts supposed to represent the family or clan they are a part of? If so, how does that work in parades? Are the kilts worn here one that represents the army?
Yes they do have different patterns/colours to represent Clan. But in the military the regiment is your 'Clan', so the tartans are regiment specific rather than army.
Perfekt 👌🙏
Люблю.слушать.волынку Шотландии
Привет из России
Thanks
A bloody morning alarm I would like to hear
Yessss, mercii. Bravo from 🇫🇷
Proud Nation - imposing! 👍
I enjoy listening to the military pipe bands playing the tunes I learned 70 years ago. I know things change with time , but I cannot imagine highland regiments going forth to the stuff that is now modern pipe music. Let us not forget, the Scots pipe was a weapon of war, the tunes now popular with competition bands are OK , but not the inspiring tunes of the military ones.
God save the queen
