I go to Purdue Global for Free through Walmart Education Partnership.
Purdue Global is an excellent school. I just recently graduated from there.
I’m looking at the schools offered through Walmart’s partnership and stuck between SNHU and Purdue, I’m going after BS in cybersecurity.
How has your experience been with Purdue?
Was it worth it? I want to know because I'm in the same position as the previous commenter
Applied myself at Golden Gate University...( Amazon pays for at least 3 majors at Associate degree level)
Wohoo that's incredible
This is stellar.
Amazing video and you both have such a calming demeanor, it really puts my mind at ease with all of the big decisions ahead!
Thanks! And that's awesome! You've got this!
YOU ARE A GAME CHANGERS🙏🏾💯! Thank you
You're welcome!
Thank you so much for this. Very informative video, I’m definitely subscribing!
Thanks! Welcome!!!
I'd like to see your WGU review because I am looking at doing my MBA there
Thank you because I have been indecisive between SNHU , THOMAS EDISON AND UMPI .
So now I will make a decision after I finish doing my Sophia classes .
All three good schools! You will be happy no matter what.
For some people Strayer and Capella may be paid for by their employer. My employer will pay for your entire degree at either. I'm not at the point in my employment where I'm eligible for that benefit, so I'm using Sophia before I get there.
Curious your thoughts on multiple bachelor's degrees. My plan is to get a Capella or Strayer degree through my employer, then a WGU degree through my GI Bill. Probably a Master's through WGU as well since I'll have so much of my benefit left.
Good question. I'd say get multiple master's instead of multiple bachelor's degrees. Bachelor's degrees are the foundation, but no one visits a house to look at the foundation.
Can you do a review on National University?
Could you do a video on most hackable and military friendly colleges? Many service members want to utilize their military JST credits to complete their degree as fast as possible using their yearly tuition assistance
I’m currently active duty. I went to UMGC and earned a BS Business Administration in 2 years. I think UMGC is the best undergraduate option for active duty military members since they are regionally accredited, not for profit, apart of a state university system so their legitimacy will never be called into question, and you won’t have to pay out of pocket using TA. They also accept Sophia, Clep exams, and Dante’s exams, and JST transfer credit. I think someone can college hack and earn an undergraduate degree from UMGC in as little as 12 months.
I’m a current Excelsior student. I transferred in the maximum 113 credits. I used military JST/ACE credits, A ton of Sophia credits, 21 upper level credits, Google Project Management Certificate credits through Coursera and some community college credits. My total cost for Excelsior will be around $3800 for the 7 credits at EU. I chose EU over UMPI because I was able to have 113 credits and their enrollment set up was much more user friendly than UMPI. I’m still considering UMPI for their MAOL degree.
Hi, I’m thinking of doing the same thing. Whats your major? Would it be possible to contact you through email? Would appreciate it.
I'll admit. I think I'm a little salty against EU because of how much better they used to be, so I admit there's a little bias in my review of them, but I will say that for most students pulling credits from so many places might be difficult or even impossible. But for folks with a lot of upper level transfer credits (or the desire to go hunt said credits down), it can be the #1 choice.
Hello whats your major
Thank you for the video.
What’s your view on UI International University?
Will look into it!
I'm still considering Excelsior because I have 65 credits from an associate degree and can transfer in the rest and will end up only needing 7 credits to complete my BS in Healthcare Management. My employer pays 100% of the tuition. For me, it's a win. I'm still comparing WGU, but I think I could knock out the credits faster at Excelsior and then move onto my Master's
In a situation like yours, it makes sense to finish at Excelsior! 👏🏼
Hi! I scheduled a consult with you or Lauren that I have later this week! I'm pumped! When I scheduled I only had 1 sophia course done, but in the following week have completed 30 credits on Sophia (and counting). Will that affect the consult?
Not really. I'd just send your Sophia info to Lauren before the consult. :)
In the future, you should look into Georgetown SPS, Northwestern SPS, UPenn LPS BAAS etc... they charge the same as ASU and HES.
I did not see University of Arizona online on the list. It seemed like more of a brick and mortar calling itself online now, but I found that transition familiar. Also, without a doubt some of these colleges focus on "bankable" degrees and I was actually looking for something in the natural sciences area which you have to hunt around a bit to find.
Yeah, those are much harder to find online because they require so many labs.
I would say try the community college in your area and see if they have an extension to a state university. A friend got her B.A through a Community College with a satellite campus and then went out for field work, degree credit, and eventually and internship to job via the local state school. Paying for it was also a breeze as she was a state resident and first time college goer. (They didn't have limits on age for scholarships funds, only that you HAD to come in for finance management, tutoring, and advisory sessions prior to completing the degree.) The CC goal was to create well paid college grads that would have good networking opportunities. (Their original program was geared toward adult learners, single parents, and or low income families. ) Their graduation rate for a Community College was 70 percent or something crazy like that with 100% job placement/paid living wage internships. Sadly, I don't know if the program in that state still exists, only that biology lab/chemistry degrees often have extension courses via the local CC. Worthwhile and you might get more dispense from your financial aid attending an in state university and CC.
From a senior citizen's point of view, Excelsior University is unworkable even though I have an associate's degree from an earlier iteration of the college in 1988. Now they make you take a cornerstone course which is mind-numbing in its format and later a capstone course which I assume is at the same level of stupidity. I have withdrawn and am planning to enroll at my state's land grant university, Kansas State University. The entire tone of the college has changed since it was privatized.
would like a full review on ASU
I got my bachelor's at Thomas Edison back in the 80's. I transferred in 100% of my credits (with the exception of a final project of some sort - I can't recall the details). I guess they've changed their transfer policy a bit since then - but still - it worked really well for me : )
The good ol' days.
Indiana Wesleyan University is another decent online choice. They accept ACE and NCCRS credits up to 90 credits and their classes are about a month long so you can crank out their classes quick.
Best colleges for 100% online for physiology (clinic-phys preferably). I’ve been applying and I have been looking at Grand Canyon, southern new hamp., Capella university. I’m stuck on which one to do… capella is pulling my eye but the others sound good too. Working full time and kids. Please give me some insight!
NAU (northern Arizona university) has an online 90 credit transfer, 6 month flat rate program. Maybe you can do them too eventually.
Will consider!
75 out of 120 credits, looks like some straighterline and Clep allowed, limited degrees but I’m looking into the liberal arts BA
I use to go to WGU for SWE and Cybersecurity but I swap to SHNU which is way better and deeper in depth! For actually learning the core knowledges
Thanks for the insight!
Thank you for all the info. Are there any good online schools for getting a Masters in School Counseling?
Check out Liberty University Online!
I don’t know if this was included in the analysis but how the college is viewed in industry should be a factor. Some people want to hack because they might already have experience in that field and just want the degree. However some people are starting from no experience and are making career changes so how a degree is viewed from an employer is important.
This is definitely part of our agenda in consultations. Our intake form asks about that kind of information because you’re right, context matters!
I was excited when I found UMPI b/c I just needed a few classes towards getting my CPA license. I was in the process of enrolling when the one person who does online enrollment went on vacation for 2 weeks (right before the deadine) then never got back to me upon her return despite my repeated follow-ups. As a result, I missed the deadline to start the next term. The price is great and I Was excited but definitely a red flag and I'm considering other options.
Yeah, I don't blame you though I'd stick it out or try calling/emailing someone else there. They're small, and they act like it sometimes, but they're still worth it.
I feel so lost on what to do but this video sure did help me a lot.
I wish I could talk 1 on 1 with you guys for some general advice I’m so lost.
We do offer consults over on www.collegehacked.com! We'll get you started with total confidence, and we'll easily save you more than the money you spend on a consult with us.
I can say what you said about GCU is true, 😆 I literally asked the instructor for help. He send me a message a day later saying he wishes he could help. He said to call my counselor or call tech support.
Sorry to hear that I was so right!
I think UMGC is A tier for active duty military service members which is who they seem to cater to primarily. They accept transfer credits for military transcripts, CLEP, DSST, and Sophia. Tuition rates for active duty military is 250/credit hour, they have offices on every military base globally, and professors located across the globe to teach students in person and via zoom.
That sounds awesome!
They accept all the CLEPs and you can get credits for passing IT exams like Security+, A+, CCNA, etc etc. if you are a military, civilian or contractor IT specialist, you apply it to DoD 8570 and college credits. Two birds with one stone. And if it’s required, you can get the gov or company to pay for it.
Just saw this but I fully agree. I’m active duty and they work very well with me. I transferred about 70 credits. Half from Sophia.
Hi Dr. Stumme, great content. I am currently looking at online masters programs for education. Specifically, I’m looking to complete a masters in Special Education. Currently, I’m in my 14th year of teaching and need to get my masters in order to move up on the pay scale. Wondering which online programs are most cost effective, user friendly, and could potentially take work credit or professional development credit towards masters credits. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
LUO usually has some of the cheapest/quickest master's degrees.
Hi!
Have my out of state professional educator License in Illinois. Currently interested to complete fully online lbs1 endorsement. Can you guide me the cheapest and best university in Illinois to get going with lbs1 endorsement online that will be recommended by Illinois State board of education.
Not quite right to put UoP in the same tier as Harvard, ASU, even WGU.
(SNHU and UMPI current student here, I am happy they are at the A tier)
Thanks for the amazing video! But I'd like to know which university suits better for international students, since UoPeople offers only 3 majors for bachelors, I would love to know your opinion about this scenario.
University of Maine at Presque Isle is a great school for international students and is regionally accredited, UoPeople is not :)
@@CollegeHacked Thanks!
Please talk about Walden University...
Please make a video for Computer Science majors. Alot of companies that hire people with BS degrees and no experience very much care about where you went to school. Can you post a video of which online Universities are the best/most hackable?
I was exploring this and even though a lot of the online universities are accredited the programs are not accredited. For example WGU is accredited as a whole but not all their programs are. For example the software engineering and computer science programs at WGU are not abet accredited. Abet accreditation is basically the accreditation that looks at university STEM programs. It basically says this program meet these minimum requirements. So if a company care where you got your degree from you can bet they will be hoping your degree program is ABET accredited.
I know for sure ASU is abet accredited and probably any online college that is an extension from a traditional state university.
@@ipodtouch470 I would just say experience is king. If the course layout doesn't teach usable skills (ABET accreditation is more likely to but it's not a guarantee) then where you went to college doesn't matter unless you want to get into research in a doctor or master's program. When you consider the number of non-college graduates or the ones from middling universities that still do well but don't have the name draw of places like Stanford, it mostly boils down to studying well and picking the best middling college you can afford while balancing real life soft skills and learning.
I recently got a job at a federal agency in the mental health field. I hold no degree and would like to change that. Looking to get started with a psychology bachelors degree. And from there the plan is a masters in social work. When taking this career I took a major pay cut, I would like to get my degree path moving quickly so I can get back to my standard of living. I have the post 9/11 gi bill. What’s the difference between college hacking and accelerated degree paths such as capellas flex path? I’ve heard programs such as flex path and programs that comprehension exams to test out and earn the credit are the best options. What’s the quickest psychology degree do you recommend either between accelerated or degree hacking?
Definitely recommend UMPIs Psychology degree (in the YourPace program)!
I'm trying to compare liberty and wgu for their basic it degrees. Looks like liberty doesn't include certs as part of degree path... wgu does but we may or may not agree on certain certs if the goal is management so maybe doing them a la carte as necessary and taking the CAPM they do offer on the side? If i only hacked with Sophia (minus english writing classes) there were 12 classes. They all transferred for a total of 13/36 because i had college credits hanging out from 1994. If i do wgu I'm 35 ish% done and only have 2 math classes if i count finance for managers. and I'll need to research to see what i have from Sophia transfers and what else i can get there for LU and then map it out and decide which ones better? My husband is currently doing wgu for the Cloud degree 2nd hardest it degree. English composition class was very doable even for my dyslexic husband.
Nice! 😄 You’re definitely on the right track. Whether WGU or LU is more hackable/cheaper mostly depends on the major and the hours you can give per week. LU is easier to balance life during, since the timing of the courses is already modulated for you (has to take 8 weeks no matter what, so not as much of a rush). WGU is by time so there’s usually that pressure of “if i’m not working on school, i’m wasting money.” But LU also doesn’t outsource almost any of their CSIS classes, if you check their equivalency charts 👎🏼
I enjoyed through amazing content. I am a bit confused, when you say national accreditation for most college I would normally assume that it is excepted in all 52 states within the united states, regionally means within particular states within the US and internationally is all over the world.
That would be a logical assumption! :) But higher ed is it’s own world sometimes. 😜Regional accreditation is considered more prestigious and the credits more easily transferable. Many schools don’t accept transfer credits from colleges that aren’t regionally accredited!
Dr. Stumme, I would love for you to do a Video on the Best Colleges/Universities for Military and Veteran Students. It is very sad that AMU/APUS (For Profit) is the top provider to Military Personnel for higher education. This is upsetting to me since I know they are not a very good school and they are getting tons of military Tuition Assistance and GI Bill money from our Military and Veterans. I have come across fellow veterans like myself that did not know about using their Joint Service Transcripts (JST) or to even check to see if they have credits from Air University/Community College of the Air Force and or Community College of the Navy. Some colleges are very liberal about accepting military experiential credits and some are not. It would be nice if you could help steer our Military and Veterans to good schools that will give the maximum credits and provide the best education possible. Thank you for all that you do. I enjoy your channel. Just one more class until I graduate from Excelsior next semester. Jim W.
This is an excellent idea!
I am a Vet using GI bill for an BS in IT with a minor in Graphic Design and SNHU has been great! The whole process was super easy and they excepted a lot of my military experience as credits..
LSU has a very reasonable price per credit amount for online courses. I will be finishing my BA at snhu, and LSU is 540 per credit for MS program.
Could you make a video about university of Massachusetts global please I've been considering a lot
Good school!
Franklin is affiliated with Eastern Gateway community college. A great community college that is free if you are part of certain unions.
Hello which Union are you talking about 😊
Great, yeah right, they are currently in big trouble trying hold onto their accreditation, that school is a nightmare.
Would you be able to do a video discussing online doctoral level programs in cybersecurity and/or IT please?
This isn’t a popular enough topic for a whole video, but we offer single session consultations on collegehacked.com if you want specific help! :)
What are your thoughts on Sofia University to graduate from? They are accredited by the behavioral health board of California to get licensed as a counseling psychologist.
If you are referring to Sofia University in Palo Alto, it is a for-profit school so we’d recommend going somewhere else :) I tried to look into the program more for you but their sophia.edu webpage is a broken Wordpress page 😂 Can you post a working link? Maybe I missed it
Quiero entrar a saintt leo university pero no sé si es bastante decente para estudiar ahí la carrera de ingeniería de ciberseguridad alguien que me responda please
UMPI was a great experience. No proctors. Your entire class grade is based on the final, which is either a paper or a project. The difficulty varies, depending on the professors. The professor for the history/political science classes is great. I graduated from UMPI Summa Cum Laude with a 4.00 GPA.
Congrats!!! 🥳🥳🥳
What is the Bes online Master degree for Historical Studies with LOW Fees !
Something that if very important to consider for your Major like Psychology, Accounting and Social Work (examples)is to check if their programs are accredited by the organizations that oversee your program of choice. For instance UMPI Accounting programs are NOT AACSB or ACSB. For Social work you want a Program that is CSWE which Liberty is. I am also surprised that Penn State World Campus was not covered.
Matters for some people, but for most they don’t need the programmatic accreditation. It’s always nice to have, but rarely necessary.
Penn State World Campus degrees are awarded from Penn State Harrisburg which is AACSB accredited.
AACSB programs don’t usually accept transfer credits.
Question, what changes did excelsior make?
Dr. Stumme, could you elaborate more on regional accreditation as opposed to institutional accreditation? I’m having a. Hard time trying to decide. I graduated from SNHU this year with my bachelor’s, however getting into their graduate program has had it challenges. Not on me because I graduated with honors but their falconry can be hard to work with in my experience and I’ve missed two deadline’s to start and now waiting to February 2024. So I am weighing my options now with strayer University instead but the accreditations between the two has my scratching my head . Can you shed some light on this?
There are better grad programs than Strayer, SNHU can definitely be hard to work with. What are you trying to earn, an MBA? Are you looking for a program with weekly deadlines to keep you engaged, or do you want a program that is competency based (no deadlines, work at your own pace)?
Well I liked the fact that I stayed engaged weekly with SNHU while geeing my undergraduate degree. I am open to the idea of working at my own pace and no deadlines , because working a full time job and graduating in July of 2023 with honors . I don’t know how in the world I pulled that off. As far as MBA I’ve kind of shied away from that because of math and it not something I’m strong in .
What are your thoughts on LSU online for accounting?
Sorry, not familiar with that one.
Yall gotta add american public university! I would like to see how that stacks up for yall. Love your channel bro
What would be the best one for transferring all Sophia credits and also has options for associate degrees
There are currently no schools (we know of) that can utilize ALL Sophia credits for a degree allowing the typical max of 90 transfer credits, Study.com or StraighterLine are still needed for the upper division classes that Sophia doesn’t offer. But Liberty University Online is great for AAs.
Hey would you happen to know any colleges that accept military training as credits such as UMGC
LUO does!
I have a stupid question. Does taking a Sophia course waive the pre req for the class at Library University? I’m looking at the degree in Aviation. It says I need Math 114 or higher. The pre req for that class is to pass math 100, or take the placement exam.
If I take the Sophia equivalent to Math 114 will LU still make me take a placement exam? Or will that be waived?
It should be waived. You'll want to check with LUO, but that should work.
So I am curious about how you feel now that UMass Global has the MyPath program which is flat fee slightly less per 6 month term then WGU. I see no information talking about them.
Video coming soon, actually! We’ve met with them and really like what they are doing.
I had a great experience with Fort Hays State University virtual college. Out of state virtual college tuition same as in state and among the lowest in the country.
I just finished my MBA at FHSU and it was a great experience.
I was researching Fort Hays. Which bachelors did you complete? Were there any prerecorded lectures or was it mostly reading?
@@geddon436I did a LOT of research before closing FHSU. First I needed some place affordable. They are that. I wanted a public school, definitely NOT a proprietary for profit school. I needed a place that would accept my older credits from various sources. I found them in the US NEWS and World Report under best schools in several categories. They stacked up very well against all the other schools I looked at. And their tuition was less expensive than in state tuition at any if the public colleges in my own state.
I did the General Studies because I had lot of credits elsewhere and that degree accepted the most. I did two concentrations, geography (in which I already had an associates) and general business. There are several concentrations to choose from. They did not have an online degree in geography when I started or I would have taken that path. I was already heavily invested in general studies by the time they got the geography degree online. As for the type of classes, it varied. For some there were readings and videos. One class was completely self-paced with videos and readings, you just had to pace yourself and have it all done by finals week. Professor Pruden taught Management. She actually did some live sessions where you could interact with her. These were recorded for those that could not attend live. She is a great teacher. If you take a philosophy class try to get TJ Reilley. I had a lot of fun in her classes. So much so I took another one that I didn't really need, but wanted the experience. I also took some leadership courses. They were great. A lot of schools teach management but not many teach leadership. Your experience will vary from teacher to teacher, just like in any school. But if you are proactive and put in the effort, you will have a good experience. Many of the courses utilize discussion boards for class discussions. I actually prefer these to live classroom discussions, because everyone gets to participate, and you have time to organize your thoughts before you post.
Having taken live classes and online classes elsewhere, I have to say, for the most part, I enjoyed my FHSU experience more. I felt like I was getting a quality education at a great price. And that is another thing, if Fort Hays can provide a quality education as one of the least expensive schools in the nation, why can't other schools do the same.
If one of their certificate programs is an area you are interested in, go for that first to give them a try. If you like the school then you can apply those credits to your degree. If you go somewhere else later,, you can transfer the credits to that school.
I am considering going back and getting their certificate in Applied Data Analytics.
Currently have a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management trying to decide what is the best school to get a Masters in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Communication for Proposal/Contract writing. These are the three degrees I have it narrowed down to.
As far as affordability and AACSB accreditation. I narrowed it down to LSUS MBA and SIUE MBA. I decided to go with SIUE and I’m on my 2nd term with them. I do live in Illinois which is a small part of it. I had originally went with business analytics specialization but changed it to project management
I'm interested in doing an online MS in Supply Chain. I found that UARK charges you roughly $19k for that one and others as well. They also have one of the top rated programs. Compared to other schools I've researched, this is a killer deal. My second choice would be ERAU Worldwide
hi! just subscribed to your channel. Do you know universities whose ESL programs are online? I am an ESL professor and I am looking for ESL jobs which I can work from home for. Thanks.
Sorry, not off the top of my head, but Liberty University might be an option?
American College of Education
Could you please do a thorough review of Umass Global?
Good school!
I recommend you check Fort Hays State University (FHSU) Online school. I just was admitted for the Spring 2024 semester. They have one tution rate for both In-State and Out-State students ($243 per credit). The University operates in a Semester basis and analyzing the history program it looks rigorous.
That’s an awesome per-credit price! Doesn’t look like they accept ACE credits though, so not very good for hacking.
Hi there! I am curious if anyone has successfully been admitted to a psychology graduate program (particularly MSW or COU) at PennWest or ASU with Sophia Learning credits on their transcript. Please advise. Thank you!
We would also love to hear from anyone who has 😄 We have yet to see any of our clients have an issue with this for grad school.
I’m currently at Purdue University Global and I’m more than half way done with my A.S degree what’s your opinion on LSU and JMU and ODU GLOBAL? And do online A.S degree fully transfer towards to a brick and mortar university towards a B.S ?
By AS, do you mean an associate of science degree? The transfer rate of that degree into a BS will all depend on the school and their transfer policies/degree configurations :) Usually you lose at least some of that credit in a transfer like that, though.
Anything on Wilmington University. They are starting an online law school in the Fall.
They are not yet approved by the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association, but they are on their way!
I’m so disappointed I went with GCU for my Teaching Degree with no credits other than my trade school, Ashworth College for my pharmacy, technician certification I didn’t get my any credits transferred I did not know they were a four profit.. I should of went with WGU? Am I stuck for four years I’m a freshman upgrade?
I'd strongly consider checking out WGU. :)
How difficult would it be to go to a good graduate program at a brick and mortar like USC or NYU from TESU, WGU or UMPI after having hacked your way through the degree?
Love the question. Impossible to give an exact answer on that, but it's definitely possible. Getting into a good graduate program will be more about your GRE (if they require it), your GPA, and your application essay (if required) than what school you came from.
so guys if in in pccc studint network administrator and want something online and cheaper witch one you recommend me wgu or uopeople ?
WGU 👍🏼
Is SNHU a competency based subscription model education University?
Unfortunately not
I really like the breakdown with the different tiers but in my opinion I don't see the University of the People being a good option for anyone especially international students such as myself.
International student could try SNHU or UMPI as I am.
@@sarnosidiq6212which program are you doing?
Cmon guy, you can’t put excelsior in D tier. Although they are expensive, they have very hackable. You get very friendly transfer credits, and work experience credits, and most importantly, you only need to take 7 SH for residency!
Yeah, with some of the comments, I'd take it back and give them a C. The problem is that their transfer equivalencies are so vague and their requirements are complicated and their uExcel tests are gone. It's maybe even a B school for a student with a LOT of transfer that fits just right.
What are your thoughts on Walden University?
Not a huge fan. For-profit usually means no-go.
He looks like Ryan from The Office. Ryan started the FIYAAAHH!!!
Hey I’m a military veteran who recently just got out and wants to start college, I wanna get my degree as fast as possible so I can go back into the military as an officer. Do you have any recommendations for which online schools that can help me with this goal? I wanna get bachelors in Buisness administration
I am a veteran. I would recommend looking into Excelsior or UMPI. Both of those colleges accepted all of my credits from my joint service transcript. My preference is UMPI because they allow you to take as my courses as you want within the time period so if you know the information you can get through the classes faster. Excelsior is alot of vets choice because they will accept the most transfer credits (up to 113).
Liberty University and UMPI are probably the best two for you.
Hey, Clifford, do you need to get an AA degree first or just hack a bachelor's degree.
Just do the bachelor's. The AA degree (except in rare cases) won't be worth anything to your career.
I’m a brand new viewer to your channel. Since you mention it about 83 times in your video, could you please explain what the heck “hackable” means? Thank you!
Welcome! A hackable school is one that accepts at least 90 credits of transfer out of the 120 required for a bachelors degree, is regionally accredited, and accepts ACE credits (like Sophia.org and Study.com)
@@CollegeHacked thank you! I have now watched most of your video from the last 2 years and have started implementing a lot of your teachings into my strategy moving forward. I’m a disabled veteran trying to go for my masters in social work to become a clinical therapist to help other veterans. I’ve battled my own mental health issues, from my service, and now that I’ve finally reached out and received the help I needed for so many years, I’m ready to pay it forward. I’ve been accepted to the VA’s VR&E program to get my MSW free of charge! I’m trying to put together a road map of the fastest possible way to get my CSWE certified MSW! I really wish your coaching was within my budget because I know it would definitely help! But I’ll keep researching and calling these schools!
Keep doing what you’re doing! I’ve already pushed four of my nieces and nephews in your direction along with a couple veterans I know! This credit hacking stuff should be taught in schools!!
What about National University California?? Any advice?
There are better schools :)
I’m new to this so how do you come up with the schools being hackable?
“Hackable” schools allow up to 90 credits of transfer into 120 credit bachelors degrees, are regionally accredited, and accept ACE credits (Sophia.org and Study.com, mainly) 😄
Hello, What's a good school to go to for human resources management?
Most degrees are “Business Administration” with a “Human Resources Management” concentration. What’s the priority, the title or the classes involved in the degree? :)
Surprised there was no mention of how ancient and jenky the UMPI website is after the charter oaks remark. I’ll be going to UMPI but def wish they had an SNHU quality website. The Walmart reputation really turns me off about SNHU though.
You make a super good point. Rose colored glasses I suppose. At the same time, the flexibility of their degrees and their price more than make it up for me.
UMPI had a very slow response for.my case. I don't think SNHU at a Walmart level, its classes are hard; I am both UMPI and SNHU student.
@@swordmaster305 yes in my perspective, English Composition, History is quite hard because I am not a native English student, perhaps not from yours 🙏
@@swordmaster305 good luck to you to reach your graduation
What do you mean when you refer to the schools as hackable? Sorry this is my first video I’ve ever watch on your channel. I’m trying to find a good online school which led me here!!!!
Great question! It's about schools that are willing to let you transfer in cheaper/faster credits from third-parties. Using these methods, you could graduate for $2k-$13k instead of $51k!
are there any nursing programs you can recommend?
It depends on whether you’re pursuing an RN to BSN, or starting without the RN in hand. WGU has a great nursing track :)
For reals please do a WGY review!!!
Coming!
Can I have the online discount code for the consultation? I don't have a lot of money to spend.
Send me an email at Clifford@collegehacked.com, and I'll set you up.
University of Maryland Global (f/k/a University of Maryland University College) has in person classes on US military bases all over the world.
Any thoughts on National University?
Not the worst option out there, but there are better ones :)
I would like to know what is the best online hackabke college to get a graduate degree in history from?
UMPI, YourPace History & Political Science :)
I wanted a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I really like what ASU has to offer. However, Uni of Florida also has a good CS program online. I am lost. I don’t know which one is good for me. Can you guys talk about this?
We specifically focus on online schools that allow 90 credits of transfer into their 120 credit degrees, allow ACE credits (like Sophia.org and Study.com) and have equivalency charts posted so we know what classes will transfer as what. The programs you’re asking about are GREAT programs, but they aren’t hackable, so we don’t talk about them much :)
@@CollegeHacked Oh so, if I want to get into them, I have to start from the start with a clean slate right? That’s okay. Thanks so much for your response ☺️
What is the best college for students living out of the USA..
I like UMPI and PGU and SNHU for this.
What about international students friendly list? Like WGU aren't accepting inter students, SNHU are but only for Latin & Indian students
SNHU accepts students from anywhere in the world, as does Liberty University, University of Maine at Presque Isle, Thomas Edison State, and Purdue Global. All of which are hackable 👏🏼
What can you tell me about National University in your experience? If you’re familiar with it. It sounds a bit scammy but perhaps it’s just my skepticism. Anyone with experience there?
It’s not the worst school out there, but we think there are better options :)
What school would you suggest for getting an MBA that is reputable and affordable.
WGU has a great competency based one 😄
You guys forgot the best one: The University of American Samoa
Go, land crabs!
Can We Get A Review On Purdue Global University? I’m Not Sure If I Want To Go There or WGU For My BS in IT
It’s on the list! :) Both are fantastic schools, you can’t go wrong. Purdue has a more widely known/respected brand name (which is why it’s going to cost more), but WGU certainly doesn’t have a bad one.
@@CollegeHacked thanks for the reply. I’ll be waiting on that review. Is PUG as hackable as WGU? Or WGU is still one of the best hackable schools?
@@Peytonwatson14 It's as hackable 😄
@@CollegeHacked thanks for the comment Back
What about Walden University, which is accredited by Higher Learning Commission. Should I stay away from it for a PhD or go for it?
There are much better schools :) Walden has a reputation as a bit of a diploma mill.
@@CollegeHacked Can you tell me which schools offer Social Psychology Phd exclusively online and are not diploma mills? I can’t find any:(
@@naziasvoice Sure! Our top recommendation is Liberty University :) tinyurl.com/yhnwn7te
@@CollegeHacked They teach using a Biblical approach as well as theory based approach which is a bit confusing. I am more interested in scientific approach to social psychology.
Will credits from UMPI or any of these regionally accredited online schools be accepted for international schools in Australia, Canada or UK for graduate programs ?
Depends completely on the school.
Do you have to live in usa for this?
Nope! Being international changes a few things, but you can still definitely hack an accredited bachelors degree 🥳
is regional accreditation better than national?
Yes! 😄 More stringent requirements to qualify for regional accreditation.
I’m looking into getting my Finance degree from SNHU is this degree hackable?
Yep! All SNHU degrees are a little hackable. I'd have to look deeper, but I'd estimate you could still hack 50-63% of it!
SNHU allow 90 credits transfer, and 30 credits with them; I just ask my counsellor.
Drew I spent WEEKS reviewing schools. Snhu was a blessing to find. Cheapest regionally accredited online university. I love this school.
Excelsior University - you can transfer up to 113 credits with some of their degrees. I'd say that should put it in higher category than "D" in my opinion.
Hi, did you go there? Im thinking of finishing my degree there.
How much to finish B. Computer Science?
I'll admit. I think I'm a little salty against EU because of how much better they used to be, so I admit there's some bias in my review of them, so maybe without the bias filter they are a C. And if you somehow already possess a bunch of upper level credits that transfer in perfectly (or feel like searching for them), it might be the best fit for you. But for most students especially those starting from scratch, without the uExcel exams, going to Excelsior seems to be a downright headache.
Why do you not review University of Phoenix????
Writing it now. Spoiler alert: it's not pretty.
Is Monarch Business School -Switzerland Genuine?
Sorry, we specialize in US schools :)
