LumaDent gave me a black swivel thing that you wrap around the wire and frame, for more security! Then you use those little rubber bands to secure the ends. I know this vid is almost a year old but I hope this helps someone because I almost threw mine out!
Now that you had these for a while, would you recommend the wavelux light or the prolux wired light? I’m not sure if the sensor would trigger by just moving my hands around.
I am a going to be a dental assistant an dj have a neck issue so I NEED these. Which do you recommend??
Those are the sporti frame are they gold or copper? Gold isn’t available on the website under sporti frame? They look really nice on you btw. I’ve been a hygienist for 20 plus years, I want a nice looking loupe, the gold looks very nice.

Question: do you think your 3.3x on Ergo loupe is actually less magnification when compared to your Qoptics 3.3x?
I'm just hearing that, since your head is more upright with ergo, you need more magnification.
They feel pretty much the same magnification-wise to me!
Hi, I tried on yesterday 4.5 magnification from Lumadent but the magnification fells less than 4.5. Why is that?

Is the 3.3x Lumadent similar to the 3.5x q-optics in terms of actual magnification? I know that different manufacturers have different zoom “sizes” even for the same 3.5x and these numbers are not standardized. Thanks.
Yup they're pretty much the same for me and both have the expanded field view. I really can't tell the difference between 3.3 and 3.5

(Why don’t you get the wireless loupe light? I got the nano freedom loupe light from Dentlight. They’re amazing.)
Wireless would be really nice! So far the ones that I’ve tried on felt too heavy for me. Ill have to try that one thank you!!

This light only has one brightness level
Well the only drawback of using this loupes is that the patient might think you are not paying attention to the procedure and are looking away :))
Do you prefer these over Q-optics?
Soooo I think if I had to choose one I would have to choose my Q-Optics 😬 maybe I’m just more used to them? I use the ergoprisms when I know the procedure will be long.

Worst lens and materials " LUMADENT ERGOPRISM" , they fracture multiple times, and they ask money to repair it in spite of the mentioned lifetime warranty.
