Yes this is a little confusing but you can’t animate an object with a parent constraint on it. So you create a group above the object, then parent constrain the group.
Hey Gogan! For this toss, were you just switching the constraint weight on and off for when the ball left the hand? Or were you using some other magical/animbot technique. Love your vids!
Hey there! Yes that is exactly what I am doing. Just switching the parent constraint on and off and then making sure to move that key with the other ones. I try to make my vids as "raw" as possible without any tools so ANYONE can reference the vid. Hope these vids will help with the daily exercises! Thank you so much for the support and comments!

Do you need to move the hips or the body a little, or just the arm is related here ? Just asking ;)
Just wanted to make the tutorial easy and isolate it to the hand and arm. You can move the body if you want though!
