S- specific , M- measurable, A- attainable, R- reasonable, T- time bound
Great video, but try not to ‘reward’ yourself for doing tasks you don’t like as this actually subconsciously reinforces that you don’t like doing it, making it even harder to do in the future. The expert consensus (think I’ve heard Huberman discuss this) is to train yourself to find pleasure in the activity, one of the best ways is positive self talk, for example standing in front of a mirror during a workout and telling yourself how proud you are and how much healthier you will look and feel soon, smiling (even fake smiling) is also a good way to trick your brain into liking something. This will make it easier to do the tasks you usually put off instead of harder

Fernanda! I haven’t watched or listened to your podcast for a couple months and I missed it so much. This week has been sooooo draining and stressful i’ve been so negative and wanting to change but i’ve been having the hardest time starting. like yesterday i just scrolled on my phone for like 5 hours after work bc i was just so stressed and wanting to avoid what i needed to do. This video has motivated me soooo damn much I just adore you girl! You radiate so much light and positivity like you have this gorgeous contagious aura about you I can feel and see from the screen! It’s 6:45 am and i have to leave soon for work but I’m about to get started on that two month plan and this excited me and motivated me so much! Like you, i also got so into meditation over the summer and i was also seeing colors LOL i was getting so good at it and i was manifesting things back then too and my vibration was so high (idk how you feel about manifesting but if you would make a podcast or video about manifesting that would be so cool!!!) and i miss it so much! Definitely gonna look up the 75 hard challenge and i might even book a workout class too like oh my gosh life is so hard yes but it can be so fun and meaningful too while being productive! Girl i’m not kidding i neverrrrr write long youtube comments but i swear if you knew how down i have been this past week and then finding this video…and funny you just posted it like right when i needed it! I’m gonna follow you on insta so you can continue to motivate me esp if i get off track. I’m gonna listen to your podcast too while i drive to work :) (i have an hour commute lol) again i’m not even being over dramatic i feel so inspired rn. LOVE you girl 🩷🩷🩷 let’s do this!!

I think im partially productive (as in getting up at the right time,going to sleep at the right time,skincare,and weight lifiting) but school has depleted my energy to where i was breaking down so much. I feel like this will make me more productive at the end of the day
It's the first time I've listened to a full podcast and I feel a little sorry for myself for the amount of bass I'm putting on myself and trying to make others happy until I forget about myself, but I really realized that I need this. Before school,i used to workout almost everyday and never get enough. But i still didnt have a sleep schedule at that moment,then school started and i started to fix my sleep schedule yeah,but when i come back from school i never felt motivated to workout or do anything,ive been very lazy, but the only thing that i fixed was my sleep schedule. Im trying to regain my motivation on working out at this time and be better. And adding to that im like a 13 year old girl. And everybody around me is very very beautiful. They all have sense of humor and i just feel unwanted for many people,but im getting more confidence than before,but id be so grateful if you give me tips to fix my life to the better,il your content :) youre the best.
I loved that I came across your video and channel. You hit every point; I love that you're bringing us all together to achieve our goals. We all know that 2024 is the year for us. It definitely is our year to shine. It definitely is a different feeling from previous years. 2024 is it!
During this video, I reserved few yoga classes and also a dance class (I wanted to start with contemporary dance for such a long time, so thank you so much), made a morning routine and I have another things on my list I have to do, as soon as possible …. side note, you should un-practice after you say something on your mind saying “ that sounds so stupid” “ maybe this is stupid” “ I know it sounds stupid” . this is something in my own life that I had struggled with for so long, and now that I finally became conscious of it and stopped myself from saying it, it has made me so much more confident in what I say. everything you say is valid and nothing is ever stupid and if somebody else thinks it’s stupid that’s none of your business because they have no effect on you 💕

As a man this girl or young woman knows what she’s talking about . In todays world men are looking for a strong independent woman that can bring great skills to a relationship , in todays world 2 incomes are needed to live a very productive lifestyle , men don’t want a woman who depends on a man to take care of her financially , & relationship is not one sided , it takes both people to contribute to the relationship to make it better weather that be financially or physically or mentally .

I am not a white everything in my space kind of girl so my room is black and my furniture and decor is very dark and I kind of hate it lol. I look around my room and I think if my room was a lighter color and I had more bright things in here maybe I would wake up earlier, and be more productive and positive but I redid my room last year very clean and minimalistic and fresh and light and I honestly hated it. I didn't feel cozy and at home in my space. so I need to just focus on opening my curtains everyday and letting in more light and maybe add some more color to my room. maybe adding fruit to my water. face masks, and cleaner makeup looks etc. to feel fresh and motivated and alive lol. having a dark aesthetic is such a mood when your feeling moody and cozy but its so hard when you want to feel motivated and inspired lol. especially in the winter. any suggestions? Im hoping in 2024 I can find a happy medium.
