Mine breaker only pops maybe every one in five runs. However, I just had to replace the control board because it got stuck in an incline. We tested it and showed part told the control board wasn’t working where incline motor is connected to the board. I was hoping replacing the board would fix it just stopping on occasion due to the board being replaced but this seems not to be the case. Any idea what it might be or what to test?

Spirit XT385 trips breaker immediately when starting motion. Does not trip when drive motor disconnected. However, I am able to get motor to run on 9 volt and there is increased resistance when both leads of drive motor are connected. Worth it to try replacing the drive motor or is it something else?

I have a Sole F63. It runs fine until I start walking on it. It trips the GFCI after about 30 seconds.

My guess is, it’s heavy drag and friction from the running belt. Have you tried lubricating with a treadmill silicon? Also, a GFCI is not recommended for treadmills. Those outlets can’t determine a safe spike in amp draw or an unsafe one.

Same issue. The only thing i can think of is cold weather and draw more electricity to start up. My f63 stayed in the garage.

Everything worked fine on my treadmill which is like 15 years old but the power supply fell out of it while I was using it. I pushed it back in now the treadmill will only go half the speed it once did. So if I try going 6 miles an hour i'd be going maybe 3. So taking the front cover off I noticed There's an internal circuit breaker that has no resistance. Is it possible that when the plug fell out and I pushed the power back in rather than switching it off first i blew the internal circuit breaker? And if thats the case why does the treadmill work at all? Hoping i could remedy this with a 15 dollar circuit breaker replacement. Fuse looks fine.

What’s your treadmill look like? I can usually tell just by seeing the model. Very interesting question
