It's because these horrible cops aren't held accountable for what they do. They don't pay the lawsuits, they don't pay the court costs, and they usually don't even get fired. If they do get fired, they just go to another precinct and get hired. Qualified Immunity gives them the mentality of knowing there will be zero consequences for what they do!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!
