Truly breaks my heart that Rachel was away from all her support systems and alone in Europe during the 2nd and 3rd biggest roles of her life-and was receiving so much hate that didn’t even make sense and was taken completely out of context. I’m honestly grateful to have you here being vulnerable. So much of the celebrity lifestyle is so clandestine to the rest of us and I’m glad you get to show the humanity that is so often tucked away in that culture. Everything you said about being trapped in your mind isn’t just you. I get that so much. You may feel so lost inside yourself, but don’t lose your footing. Stay grounded. You are so poised, funny, smart, confident, kind, and beautiful. You have every right to feel the way that you do. Sure you have some privileges and luxuries, but at the end of the day you’re still flesh and blood. Being wealthy doesn’t automatically mean that you have to be happy and that if you aren’t then you’re not grateful. It’s so hard to be yourself when your identity is warped and stretched thin until you can’t recognize yourself anymore. This world can be cruel, but you are strong. Please, please look after yourself. You come first before anybody else. At end of the day, you are the one that has to live with yourself. Self love isn’t self absorption.

There’s a lot of strength in the message you shared at the end of the video, even if it came from the most vulnerable place in your heart. I know the world is a scary place, and there’s lots of awful people around, but I think it’s the willingness we have to be vulnerable and loving around each other that keeps moving everything forward. I hope that there’s more peace in your life and that more loving people appear in your journey. We’ve seen you grow and wish for your dreams to come true, and we wished for you to achieve them as well because we saw that spark in your eyes. She’s Latina whether you like it or not and nothing, NOTHING in the world would make her invalid as one. I have friends here that has been born and raised here, eat the same food as americans and don’t even speak the language of the country their parents were from.. some don’t even understand but does that make them any less than what they consider themselves as? No. They still consider themselves Asian-Americans. Their Asian identity isn’t erased just because they don’t speak the language or eat the food often. Its bullshit to erase one’s identity just because they don’t fit into YOUR own norms.

I've been following your channel since 2018 and you're probably my biggest inspiration when it comes to musical theater. As a 22 year girl with a similar path to yours but in a totally different country, everything about your journey is the definition of hope to me. Unfortunately misogyny is still strong and people just love to hate young and successful women. You were absolutely stunning in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. I don’t think I’ve seen a better embodiment of a such a strong character in a very long time. Every movement, accent, facial expression, social que, song and phrase were just so well thought out and are a testament to you. Plus, your vlogs are a breath of fresh air. ive been cancelled twice. Once at acting school. I got expelled. second time on facebook. I made one wrong comment, and next morning I woke up to my friend messaging me to tell me what happened and about the whole shit storm. I even had the lead actress from The Outpost, delete me from her friends list. It's a shitty culture, where you have to walk this tight rope, and be tight lipped. That's why I like what the youtubers do. They can say the most outrageous things and get away with it. Island boys kissed each other. Yet she can't say the cartoon was scary. My nephew couldn't eve watch the batman cartoon.
