My ED cost me my wife! It’s a horrible problem

I have problem of leakage after my surgery its now almost 1 yr n still have leak. I still have sex drive but my wife don't have it anymore and When my orgams come I feel pain in my lower abdomen. I don't know why. I must ask my Doctor. I use a cream called vitarus and its help a little but also have pain in my testicle. Anyway my cancer is gone thats the matter for me at this moments.
